You see the thing about sushi is that there are so many combinations that you can make. There is an endless amount of things you can put in sushi. But if you are a vegetarians there is always cucumber rolls and other vegie rolls you can request. You just have to find a cook that is nice.
Chopsticks are easy to use for me, but it took me a long time to get the hang of them.Once you know how to use them you start to prefer them over normal utensles. Well thats what I think at least. |

SUSHI! YA!!!!
I actually love it. I've had all sorts of kinds, from the rolls, to the ones with slabs of meat on top of cubes of rice. Eel, about 12 different kinds of fish (maybe more, I forget actually), sea cucumber is good too, this perfectly little white squid. I'll eat just about anything as long as it's food and it looks like I can eat it without hurting myself. On the chopsticks note, I can use those better than a fork actually, which is odd, because I grew up using mostly forks

I've never tried it, so I'm not going to say that I don't like it. But I'm not really a sea-food or meat eater in particular. As much as I love animals, it's not because I'm one of those creepy vegetarians. I just don't like the way the stuff tastes. Same with sea-food. I just don't like it. So I wouldn't look around for an opportunity to even try sushi, but should one arise, then I would most definitely try some. |

Sushi officially rocks my face. I have never has wasabi, but I really want to.
Chopsticks are another story however. Watching me fumble with those things is half the fun. |

I like sushi, just not my favorite. It's not something I would eat on a regular basis, but I do enjoy it a good roll of sushi every once in a while. I really don't have a favorite type, but I'm always open to trying some new things. |

Wasabi sauce. . .oishikunai yo. . .  Well, I put that sauce on something that I was eating at a Japanese restaurant, and I was immediately surprised by the taste. It almost came through my nose, lol.  That's what I get for trying something that I had no idea of what it was.
Xeo, I'm half Mexican, not at all Asian.  I just find the Japanese style of life -- the eating, the culture, the country, and especially the language very fascinating.  |

Sushi?
Where? *looks around for Sushi* "Awww.... ther's no sushi...." *is disappointed.* Sushi kicks ass. Good sushi at least. Wasabi is a pretty common thing with a sushi order but I personally don't like wasabi much. Tuna, eel and salmon are my favorites. Octopus is pretty good too, especially on rice. |

I have not had the pleasure of eating sushi yet. I supposed if I'm going to go to Japan soon, I'll have to try some of these things. I don't mind trying new things, but I was a little leary on eating raw food. But since I have heard that it's probably good for you, I might go ahead and eat some. I love rice though -- I can pretty much eat rice with anything.

It's really more of a cultural thing for me; I'm half japanese. When I hang out with that side of my family, all we do is go out ot sushi bars. |

To be honest, I do not like sushi at all. I have no problem with the fish, it's the rice and the seaweed that bothers me... more the rice than anything, I abhor white rice. I am told by Makura that I would like sashimi (sp?), since it's just the fish, but I don't know. |
