I kinda like the idea of "If a Title Holder beats you for your title, they gain your title, and the last title is up for grabs."
Instead of up for grabs, why not make it so that free floating title has to be fought for? Like having a random trainer (using a character of appropriate power) fight the person wanting the belt? |

Hey, I have an idea. SAy I want to challenge Benja for his title, and I beat him. We do a title swap. Or I get the heavyweight belt, and he gets the middleweight belt.
That way, you can actually progress through the belt ladder without losing a battle or giving your belt away. |

I admire that you keep your character human.
But I don't see a human maintaining a belt like the Heavy Weight Belt. That's why I think we should divide the belts into categories. Not weight classes. ¬_¬ |

You have never completed a battle...When i tried to sim battle you while Shaddow was there you god modded... Just cause your to damn lazy to come up with something other then the standard human...Do something cool like Cyro's Cool Character MES-SBOCC 1 i think is the acronym... Or i dont mean to forget Leon,Kaijin,Shuyin,Shanan(beowulf), I am pretty sure i could kick your ass if you didnt god modd. |

It should be commendable to have a human such as myself going up against all these demons, elves, bounty hunters, devils, vampires, werewolves whatever is out there. Its something no one would ever think to do.
And not to mention ive held this thing for almost a year now. |

Honestly, belt and titles somewhat the same. However, belt is what you need to earned from fighting that champions. Titles can be easily used for many thing, even people made them up. So in a way, not only titles can be custom but they are not really close to having a belt. See, having a title like Sparda's ChaoticDeath or Leon's King of Demon is merely just for something they want to call themselves. Nothing more. Heck, it is just a custom title. On the other hand, a BELT, like Benja's Heavyweight, and Kaijin's Legend, proved that they are worthy of recieving it and you actually need to fight for them. This way, this could show much more about the sim-battler and the need to "get the belt". It is much higher level then many people's custom title (some badass, some sissy, you may never know.) seeing how they are just title people could call them after by. Like... Sir Sparda the Chaotic Death. or Lord Beowulf the Drunken Kung Fu Grandmaster. (Kidding about that.) The point in titles are something that people can make up for fun, while belts is on a "serious" matter. Just pointing out my 4 cents. *Points at his 4 pennies.* |

Both belts and titles should be up for grabs.
Belts for specific things..and official titles to..well..make people feel special. (Leon..most people here already favor me to win the thing, ya know. Don't get too cocky.) |

Well Shanan, those were just ideas. I don't really expect them to be used. But with the 12 hour thing, that's what makes it so challenging. That's why it is a challenge. There are so many factors that can interfere. If vacations are coming up then you'd simply let the person know you can't start the fight until you get back. And I'm sure we'd implement some rule with how often you can be challenged. But like I said, just ideas I had at the time, nothing more. I didn't spend a whole of time putting much though into them. |

Belts and Titles are Different. And I say let Benja Keep his title, its the only thing he has. Let him gloat, he knows that any of us could beat him sensless

It would definately be an interesting title bout. Two belts on the line...the winner takes one of his choosing, and distributes the other how he sees fit. |

Yes, come out of retirement and kick some ass. Teach Benja that he does not deserve the belt.
Anyway, If you take it back and retire again, (who are you Micheal Jordan?) you can give it to the person you consider the greatest battler on here. Oh, and I still think that belts and titles should be considered two different things. I don't think there should be a restriction on having a belt and a title. For instance, If I have the middleweight belt, I could also have the Legends title, or Tag Team champ title. Just not the heavy or lightweight belts. |
