Yeah, you make a good point, digital would be great for that shot.

I second Levi on this though. Fuck you Secret Service.

LoL. Well, if I were to not save the poor fucker, I'd have to shoot it in color, as you can always scan it and edit it in photoshop/paintshop to make it black and white, however, you cannot do it the other way around.

Agreed with Rogue though, I love digital. *huggles Sony 707 close*

Both.

Color for the money (i'm selling that bitch to every magazine and news station known to man), and black and white after the waters subside. A black and white photo of Dubya's bloated corpse would stand out nicely on my wall.

Yes..i want a personal photograph of the president's dead body. Fuck you secret service.

ROFL, it was so funny. I was preparing myself to answer the would you save him kinda of thing, but just busted out laughing at the question

I personally would shoot everything in digital. It's just better and you can get both... and sepia too.

I would have to agree with you there. That way you can try it ou and see what's best.

I would go with black and white because then it would be more classical

An IRS agent and a Lawyer fell into a swimming pool... Neither could swim, and you can only save one of them...

Hehe, my friend, Andew, said he'd take the opportunity to throw rocks at him and laugh between shots.

I personally would shoot everything in digital. It's just better and you can get both... and sepia too.

I would pick a classic black and white, put a nice white frame around the image, it would look good

Color... as much as I love black and white film, a situation like this calls for color. The caption shall read President dies in flood after all attempts to save him fail or something like that, then no one knows that you didn't try to save him.

You know for the color of film it depends on my mood. If I'm in a happy/shocked mood high contrast is it. But if it's for art it would be black and white. To be honest with a story like this it's gotta make the front page news cover so I'll have to stick with gold ol color.

Awww, you guys are too nice.

But did you happen to see the question below the massive paragraph that reads:

Would you select high contrast color film, or would you go with the classic simplicity of black and white?

Well i'm sure the answer would be easier for those that don't see our current president as a.....well...

But honestly I would probably save him. I do have a conscience though, but in this situation I probably would wish I didn't.

I'd have to help the geezer out. The truth is becuase you can get arrrested for not helping out someone in trouble. =_= Pulitzer would be great, but jail isn't.

This test only has one question, but it's a very
important one. By giving an honest answer, you will
discover where you stand morally.

The test features an unlikely, completely fictional
situation in which you will have to make a decision.

Remember that your answer needs to be honest, yet
spontaneous.

You are in Florida, Miami to be specific. There is
chaos all around you caused by a hurricane with
severe flooding. This is a flood of biblical
proportions. You are a photojournalist working for a
major newspaper, and you're caught in the middle of
this epic disaster. The situation is nearly
hopeless. You're trying to shoot career-making
photos. There are houses and people swirling around
you, some disappearing under the water. Nature is
unleashing all of its destructive fury.
Suddenly you see a man floundering in the water. He
is fighting for his life, trying not to be taken
down with the debris. You move closer . . . somehow
the man looks familiar. You suddenly realize who it
is. It's George W. Bush! At the same time you notice
that the raging waters are about to pull him under.

You have two options: you can save the
life of G.W. Bush or you can shoot a dramatic
Pulitzer Prize winning photo, documenting the death
of one of the world's most powerful men.
So here's the question, and please give an honest
answer :

Would you select high contrast color film, or would
you go with the classic simplicity of black and white?
