I like them all, but usually boots would go along with armor. Yes the increase agility but lso defense on most games. So I would put them in armor. And as for conumables isnt that the same as the good ole' item shop. lol? But I vote them all. |

Well I don't want to put the effort in to making one-off spells and full-time spells. So what else would you call them other than scrolls?
EDIT: I have started working on the shop. I almost have the front finished and i haev to work on the actual store and the formulas for the item buying and selling... |

Glad you clarified that. I could guess from what you said, but... well, in msot games, a scroll is a one-use spell. |

Yeah, basically the most expensive items made you pure godly, a little abuse on my part setting up the stats last time.
I honestly think the setup idea you've got going here is pretty much perfectly fine. The only thing I could see is maybe getting rid of Scrolls, and just putting it into the Consumables category. |

We have had probmlems in the past where people have had way too much defense and not enough attack , and hits were only dealing 5 damage to someone who had 1000+ HP. The rings are there to increase attack so it will balance it out. Ask Xeo, he remembers how much defense he had... (hopefully) |

I disagree with rings, and consumables. To increase stats, people should just get armour or weapons, and for people to suddenly heal in the middle of a battle isn't really fair. |

I went with everything except consumables, but Rings was almost not included. I eventually chose it becuase it was always part of shops in the past at other boards.
Names: Weapons- Weapon Warehouse (You name it, we forge it! At discount prices!) Rings- Kaijin's Mystical Accessories (or w/o the "Mystical") Shields- Argent Defenders Armor- Xeo Armor Helmets- Skull Busters Boots- "Bootlocker", "The Boot" or "Payless Boots" Magic- Spells R' Us And incase we do get a consumable shop I've made a name for that as well. Consumables- ConsuMart (Feeling down in life...and magic? Then come to the...) A long time ago at another board I had an idea for a special shop with weapons and armor of grand power. I named each item and gave a story to go with them. Here's the link to my work. I have decided against the idea I had before, simply because it would tak copius amount of time and resources. So the classic way is being made. I want your idea on which stores should be added.
Also post name ideas for the shops too! Weapons - Utensils for attacking... Shields - Untensils for defending... Helmets - Protection for the head... Armor - Protection for the torso... Boots - Protection for the legs and feet... Rings - Accessories to increase stats... Scrolls - Readable to use spells... Consumables - Items to heal HP and MP etc... |
