I haven't seen it yet. I honestly don't think I would like it. I'll give it a chance, though. When it hits DVD I'll pick it up at the library.

Where do you go to get away from it all?

Besides my best friend Vince? Either Nelrith (currently going by Gurren) or Vulkar. They're both really cool guys, and I remember we all had a heart to heart one day on the IRC while Bitmap sat around interjecting every once in a while. I would love to meet them both.

First off, I see how loved I am, Phoenix D:

As for your question, I WOULD say Fallout 3, just because I can't stop playing it right now, but that would be a lie. I am far too much of a pansy for that. I'd probably go with Assassin's Creed. I think it'd be cool to relive the memories of your ancestors.

"Stacy's Mom," probably. Or "She's Livin' La Vida Loca." Pretty much anything by Ricky Martin. I was in love with him when I was 14. Yes, I know he's gay. Still love him.

I forgot to put a question last time... I feel dumb.

Cookie... ooh, that is tough. Um... I think I am going to have to go with big soft chocolate chip cookies, still slightly warm from the oven. Yum!

It happens. No worries.

I gotta go with the time I sprained my ankle. I was at this high school gathering in Indiana for potential teachers, hosted at IU. We were there a week and they held a dance on the last night there. Throughout the week, we had to do trust exercises and skits while on camping trips. For some reason I got put in a group that wanted to just sing "Baby Got Back" in front of the rest of the groups.

Anyway, at the dance (which was such a joke since there were like 40 girls and only 6 guys), they started playing "Baby Got Back," and I started running around like a dumbass, shitting myself (not literally), shouting, "I like big butts! It's our song! I like big butts!!" And 17-year-old me wound up slipping in someone's spilled drink with my entire body landing on my ankle.

I spent the rest of the dance laying on a couch in the lobby with a giant bag of ice on my leg. People kept dropping by my dorm room to wish their condolences. Thankfully, a bunch of girls were on the same planes as me so I wasn't alone when we were on the runway and it started pouring on the plane and we were stuck in Pittsburgh waiting for a connecting flight to LAX.

It was rather embarrassing explaining how "I Like Big Butts" (what I kept saying the name of the song was, at the time) figured into why I had a sprained ankle when I started my internship at Kaiser Permanente the next week.

If there is a meaning, it's to experience as much as possible in order to gain perfection of the soul. You know, and mate as much as possible - the reason for living for most living things on this planet.

It's not about finding the meaning of life, but finding the meaning in life!

The longest I've stayed up was... 30 hours or so? Lame, I know. Combination of insomnia and working a 12 hour shift.

If you have to choose one, would you rather be blind or deaf? What's your reasoning?

This is something I've actually thought about a few times.

Deaf. While there are many things I would miss about being able to hear - music, the voices of loved ones, etc - I figure it would be easier for me in the long run, and I tend to get more pleasure from visuals than audio. I could still watch movies (use closed-captioning, etc), read books right off the shelf, drive (not sure if it would be legal, though), see where I'm going without help, communicate through writing, and I wouldn't have to hear people's drama.

Aside from life after graduation? (just kidding!)

Um... well, there was that first engagement to Garrett. That shattered a lot of allusions about how it was supposed to be different.

I would not say that life out here is a disappointment, but it is not exactly what I was expecting thanks to fate's love of throwing countless delays for everything in my path. No work, no school so no new friends and everything online seems to have slowed to a crawl.

Give it a try, way better tasting than sugar.

Um... I was kinda surprised when I finally found a hat that looked good on me, but I think the last time that I was amazed by how something looked was in my junior year of high school when I got a pay of vinyl pants and wore them with this acid green top with black mesh.... I should scan the pic of me in that outfit one of these days... it was me at my thinnest.

That's kinda difficult since Tiki sleeps EVERYWHERE, but her usual stop is balanced on the banister. She was getting up on there even when she was freshly spayed and wearing a cone.

Answering my own question, because I'm just the bored.

Cannibal: The Musical, overall. It was pretty much a student film in terms of quality and production value.

OK, I've reached a pinnacle in my boredom, so I'll answer the last question.

I've done tons of geeky shit, but depending on what would be considered the geekiest thing is a bit difficult to gauge. Is it something too embarrassing to admit to others? Something that would earn the most geek points?

Uh... I guess, doing a Renaissance faire the same weekend I was also doing a wild west steampunk con?

Perhaps most embarrassing to admit geek-out was going to see a sneak preview of Stardust with Neil Gaiman sitting 3 feet away from me. He had this moth floating around his head and swatted at it and then it started flying around me and I got special-ed excited. Yep. I'm THAT much of a dork.

For extra fun, I will answer the last question as well as the current one.

Geekiest thing I have done? I suppose getting super giddy about holding an Athenian owl coin from the 5th century.

I mean, I've done a lot of geeky things as well... not as many as Rogue. But a lot.

Oldest thing I own... that is kinda difficult to answer since there are some things I have that I don't really know the age of and I gave away a lot of things when I moved. I think the oldest thing I know I have for certain is a steel penny from WWII... '42 or '43 I think. Found it at work and took it home. My mom has a bunch of neat old coins that I will be fighting my brother for later, one of which is a penny from 1858... I really want it.

What cheesy/campy/corny old tv show has made you want to facepalm the most?
