Define streamers... like streaming shows? Then no, not currently since I lost access to Netflix. I do want to get caught up on the Marvel stuff, though.

Last gaming console you bought and your thoughts on it?

Like Twitch streamers, haha.

Last system I bought... Wii U and I don't regret it. I loved and still love the Wii U. It's unfortunate Nintendo fumbled up a few things and 3rd party support was nonexistent again. But there's a lot of first party gems on there you wouldn't want to miss out on if you're a Nintendo fan. The Pro controller rules too and most games supported it, so the gamepad wasn't always necessary. I can see it becoming like Nintendo's equivalent to the Sega Saturn... ie, the games are probably going to be incredibly expensive and rare down the road.

Sega Genesis. I grew up on the system, my grandmother owned it. First game I beat was Sonic the Hedgehog. I was 2 years old lol. Gaming is sort of in my blood, but I cultivated it from a young age, and my grandmother enabled it. Used to play this game called Dashin' Desperadoes with her all the time.

I'm honestly not sure.

I know my go-to answer should be when I got engaged, but I think mine is more when my boyfriend and I had been out traveling alone together, especially in Croatia. Even then, that just feels like an easy go-to.

Hmm... a somewhat difficult question with a few answers that easily come to mind.

Lord of the Rings: I read the entire trilogy in two months, maybe a bit less (it's been awhile)... just the fact that I did it that quickly was very satisfying. Plus... you know... it is Lord of the Rings.

A Memory of Light: The last book in the enormous Wheel of Time series. I have many friends who were also reading, but most of them never finished it. I found it satisfying both because the series itself was complete despite Robert Jordan dying, and because I managed to finish them all (he REALLY liked to go into page upon page of scene description and details, so a lot of people got bored. I'm not kidding... three or so pages of the start of each book described the movement of wind across the land to kind of set the stage for what had changed.

Last Flight: The most recent novels in the Dragon Age book series. It was very satisfying because it was the least tied to games and at the same time when into major events of the world's history. The first two books were very much prequels to Dragon Age: Origins, the second two delved into the background information that is important to Dragon Age: Inquisition. Last Flight takes place during the events of Inquisition, but has nothing to do with them... it deals with the events of the Fourth Blight hundreds of years ago and the fate of the gryphons. The delving into the history, and the revealing of many secrets... especially the ending... it does potentially set up background for the next game... but it was very, very satisfying.

A Feast for Crows: Just for Cersei getting caught in her own damn web. Seriously.

Back to School sales in August would be the trigger. Man, do I ever miss school supply shopping and feeling like the coming year has so much potential.

Of course, since it's usually still hot I don't really think of it being fall yet, though the mood has been kickstarted.

Hm, when there are cool breezes and the scent of cinnamon everywhere it just feels like autumn. I start planning the trips and the friend outings for the apple harvests, Oktoberfest, Halloween events, Dia de los Muertos, and of course, figuring out what I'm doing for Thanksgiving.

Being in SoCal, we don't get leaves changing until the middle of winter. Seriously.

Hm, the fact is a lot of the things I like that people hate, they secretly like too and don't want people to know.

Like, say, McDonald's chicken McNuggets. I don't give a shit that people keep showing pictures them being made from a pink emulsion. They're still damn tasty and I'm surrounded by people who bag on McDeez, but still get excited about ordering a 20 piece and eating it by themselves.

Still, not entirely sure what would be a good answer for me here.

Huh. OK, it's typical among my friends, but cold weather and rain. I thoroughly enjoy the rain and walking around in it. Not a fan of driving it, but I do love when we have it, no matter how strong. I feel like I'm happiest when it's cold out.

Oh, and getting up early. I hate that I usually wake up an hour before my alarm, but I much prefer being up and out early in the morning.

The leaves turning color, colder weather... but before snowfall. And moving. It's stressful as hell... but it is the shining beacon of finally getting to come home that keeps me going. Yes, cost of living is higher, yes rent is insane... but food is cheaper, there are more things to actually do, more opportunities to get a better job so I am not wasting away in retail until I either die or stab someone. That is the big one.

Big fan of replaying games a lot actually, probably why I'm not too into MMO's or multiplayer... I like to beat games and hit up new stuff shortly after, rinse and repeat! But I will say the Mega Man games (NES and X series) along with Sonic the Hedgehog (Genesis and CD) tend to be the old ones I never tire of. I love that you can burn through one of these in a single sitting. Super Metroid and Link to the Past are some other favorites. For newer stuff I go back to Bioshock's, Dead Space, Resident Evil's, Metal Gear Solid's, etc a lot. Oh and Doom is timeless.

Being an only child, my family is pretty much my parents, Brandon, and me.

If we're talking extended -- my dad has a brother and his sister recently passed away. Their father (my grandfather) is the only grandparent I have, still alive. My uncle has four kids; my deceased aunt had two and I haven't seen either of them in many years.

My mom has two sisters and a "brother" (I say this because I was fairly recently apprised of the fact that there's no way he could biologically BE my uncle.) Sister #1 has two daughters, one has three children. The other will never marry. Sister #2 has two sons. Neither one will ever marry. Wait, I take that back. The older married his boss' Russian sister-in-law to keep her in the country. My "uncle" has three step-children.

It's my mother's sister's daughter's (Mom's favorite niece) family that we're still well-acquainted and whom we visit up in Sacramento. Her kids, being college age now, sometimes drop in while on road trips.

Depends on if my mom and I are carpooling. She's part-timing these days, relatively near where she used to work full. If we are, she gets dropped off first. We have to leave by 7:15 and we usually get to her work by 8 or 8:15 at the latest. I then have to get to my work and clock in at 8:30 (after 8:37 and I get docked.)

We're looking at an hour plus to get to work.

It's about that much or more if I just drive alone straight to my work.

That is a tough call. I would probably say that Archer wins with Rick and Morty as a close second... mostly because I think Archer has better animation and I just love the voice actors they have.

Provided that it would be done well, what video game would you want to see turned into a movie/miniseries?

Personally, Final Fantasy. I almost went with Uncharted, but I think a Final Fantasy anime (a season for every installment) would be pretty neat. Like they have one for XV, but that's it, I think?

On a scale of 1-10, how annoying do you find it when Windows updates break everything on your computer and force you to rollback the update, fill up your PC with crap you'll never use, just so there's not enough room for the update to install in the future, and pray to god it goes away?

I've given up many things over the years. It's been a really long time since the last time I got rid of a lot of personal things.

Often times the things I'm getting rid of I just given away to friends.

I'm honestly having trouble remembering things because I usually sever the connection and feel better about losing the thing when I give it away.

What more comes to mind are all the places I used to go with my parents that are completely different or just plain gone and I miss them.

Er, none really, unless we want to count Discord as social media? I barely use my Instagram, and I use Twitter here and there during baseball season because it's a great way to get news, and my Facebook has been accumulating dust lately... I at least use Discord every day.
