| No way is Loki the real villain, just a herring. Also, I never thought I'd say anything negative about Scarlett Johansen's appearance, but what did they do to her hair?
Other than that it looks awesome. I love that they're playing the Cap/Iron Man antagonism very well. |

| Wonder what Joss would have Stan doing in this one. Seems like his cameos have been getting bigger and bigger with each Marvel movie he's in. He's come a long way from being a hot dog vendor with no lines in X-Men.
I'm sure Hawkeye's part will be expanded from that bit he got in Thor. Anyway, someone was able to sneak some footage from the set of Loki and Cap fighting: Also, I just discovered the Infinity Gauntlet made a cameo appearance in Odin's vault in Thor. Mind = blown. |

| Mega bump (surprised we weren't talking about this?), so this movie was pretty awesome. People really talked up the Hulk and the new actor, I gotta agree but I'd say he was probably number 2 for me here... I still think asshole Iron Man was my favorite, haha. The guy who played Captain America I liked, but I missed out on that movie so I'll have to check it out sometime now. I still can't stand this guy they got for Thor though. It's hard to explain my argument, but I just grew up loving Thor and had this general idea about him... and this guy is not that at all. Oh well.
All around, I really enjoyed it which is saying something since my interest in the superhero stuff has dipped a lot over the years. They've kind of just become pointless popcorn flicks, but this one had me hooked and interested. I definitely hope Josh directs the sequels. It's funny but I'm not even that interested in the upcoming onslaught of sequels like Iron Man 3, Thor 2, etc, I just want The Avengers sequel(s)! Always been a fan of the team stuff. Hawkeye was totally just there though. Someone else might've been better. Scarlet was decent. One of my friends was complaining about how much he hates her as an actor and maybe that got to me, but yeah. She's no Kate Beckinsale, heh. |

| I love Joss Wheadon... I just need to say that right off the bat.
This is the first ever superhero movie that both Ben and I have been like "OMG, I wanna go see it again." It was hilarious and amazing! And the end credit scenes... awesome. I gotta disagree with you though, Xeo. Iron Man was awesome, but Hulk stole the movie. And yeah, the Captain American movie was pretty good, and it ties in heavily with Avengers so you should probably see it. |
