| Avron holds the rod in his hand for a moment examining it. He gives a small grin when he realizes what it was then puts it into a pouch. The message he places back into the cart, under the tarp covering the rest of the contents.
Once that was secure Avron settles himself on the seat, and fallows the other's into the cave. |

| Kasai was humming another tune to himself, still sounding of wood flutes and clarinets as he rode up to the mouth of teh cave and dismounted. He checked his supplies, weapons and equipment briefly, making sure all was secure and accounted for before entering the cave and walking over to Artemis.
"I would like to apologize for my seeming blood thirsty desire to kill demons," he said. "I have a personal reason for my hostility." He sat down on the cave floor and took out a wax paper wrapped package of dried meat from within his cloak. Removing a large piece he put ther rest back and started cutting small pieces with his belt knife. He offered a piece to Shadow before turning back to Artemis once again. "How long are we going to be here? I'f we've got time I'd like to get to know the rest of our little group a bit better. It has occured to me that I haven't really spoken to any of them much." |

| Artemis thinks "Well it's fairly late in the day. We will probably only stay in the first town, just down the path, for the night. While the roads are patroled, it's never a good idea to sleep in the wilderness when it can be helped."
She continues leadsing her horse down the path. She leads on for probably another three hours or so, but it's hard to keep track of time inside the cave. Along the path, there are what seem to be torches, but not lit, even though a glow seems to be comming from them, just enough to be able to see. After a while, they reach what looks like a small town. Of course, at the sight of Artemis, the town is stops what it's doing and line the streets to watch her. She smiles, thought you can get the feeling she wish they didn't do that. She turns back at them. "I'll take care of tonights lodgins. The town isn't much, but your more than welcome to look around, or just stay at the tavern for a mug of ale...be wary of the dwarven spirits. That stuff and knock a fly off a wall as well as part of the wall it's self." She smiles as she continues going forward. Pel follows close behind her, but Dave stays behind with the group. |

He had to admit that it was very pleasant, though he figured that an cities he'd see after they left Artemis's kingdom would not be as nice* "I'm fine just staying in the inn for now." |

| *Elara grinned, she was well used to Dwarven spirits and could manage to drink a glass or two and still shoot accurately, so she figured there was no risk in taking the offer*
"I'll take you up on that offer, I'd like to try a drink that strong again." *Shadow looked up at Elara, her tail swishing lazily* "You mean you're going to drink that horrible smelling stuff again? Didn't you throw up last time you drank it?" *Elara glared down at the cat, thankful that no one else could understand her* *Cryus looked at Elara. He was further intrigued by this facet of her personality, since it was a bit unlike what he had seen so far. He was a bit wary of such a strong drink, but he figured it was worth a try... and it would possibly give him a chance to get Elara to listen to him* "Sure, count me in... who am I to turn down a free drink?" |

| Artemis and Pel walk into the in and arrange for the nights boarding. As they walks out, Artemis begins to ponder and a small sly smiles plays across her face. Pel spots it.
"What are you thinking Artemis? It's rare to see that smile on your face?" Asked Pel. Artemis laughs "Don't worry, nothing bad really, just a bit curious about how the rest are going to take to the drink if they go get it. If I know Dave well enough he'll ask to see if anyone wants to join him. I want to see with my own eyes, maybe even challange someone to a drinking contest." Pel looks at her curiously "I doubt they will take you up on the offer, you being their employer." Artemis practically is glowin when he says that "...oh." indicating he knew what she was going to do. "Why don't you go ahead Pel and keep them company, get to know them, I'll be in shortly. Tell Dave not to give me away." Pel just shakes his head, though he is smiling "Alright, I guess you deserve to have your fun, see you there." Pel walks off as Artemis goes up to her room to make certain preperations. |

| Avron nodded at Dave's offer, but felt that no one noticed so he didn't press the issue.
Avron was tending to Farn, and overheard the conversation between Pell, and Artemis. But he was confused, and didn't understand what they were talking about. Once he was sure that Farn was well in the stable, and that the covered cart was secure Avron enters the inn's common room. Avron moves to the nearest empty table and sits down. Leaning his bow against the table he adjusted his covered sword so he could sit more comfortably. Avron waited to see where the other's would sit before he ordered. |

| Avron blinks then walks over to the the table. Sitting down he set down his bow agenst the table. He acepted the offered mug with a nod and a murmer of thanks.
Avron looked around the inn then at the group. His eyes only rested on someone for a heatbeat then his eyes went to the mug in his hands. He didn't have anything to say, but felt like saying something. |

| Pel walks in shortly and walks over to the group and orders something less strong for him and sits with the group. He sits next to Dave and something seems to pass between them, but it doesn't seem to be anything serious, on the contrary, it's almost as if it were an inside joke. | |||

| Avron shook his head. In a quiet voice he said "No, But I told them not to go near him or the cart. If they don't listen that's their fault. And should learn to heed warnings."
Avron took a gup of the spirits, and set down his mug. He wanted to say something. And he now knew what he wanted to say, but he knew he wouln't. So he took another gulp of spirits, and kept his eyes down. |

| Shortly after everyone settles down, a beautiful young blond woman walks in. She is wearing very forfitting closes that would be confused for a second skin if it weren't for they were black. As she passes by the table, you can't help but turn and follow her with your eyes. She seems to pay no attention to the group and walks over to the bar and orders a drink. Something about her sparsk everyone curiosity. | |||

He watched the woman at the bar, not knowing what about her caught his attention* "Interesting...." |

| Etsu walks to the stables with everyone else, and then mounts the horse offered to him with one quick hop. He was quite used to horses and knew how to ride quite well. He rode with the others but also almost without notice or real though he was constantly scanning the area, almost searching for something. As the rode and entered underdark his eyes only scaned more closely trying to notice every detail even things moving in the shadows. For Etsu didn't like the underdark, and was very uneasy while in it. When they got into town he dismounted and followed the group into the tavern, noticing Avron depart from the group to deal with his horse. Though as the group entered the tavern etsu entered the shadows and disapeared into them, now following the group in the shadows almost compleatly unseen, except for a faint glimmer of his eyes. He stood in the corner of the tavern compleatly engulfed in the shadows, unseen by most yet constantly scanning the room for anything unusual. Etsu not really knowing of Artemis's past but still some what aware of it. He watched as Avron entered the tavern after dealing with his horse and join the group. He felt odd as the woman walked into the tavern not really knowing what to make of his feeling he continued to scan the room. He only noticed her for a split second and huffed. Then went back to scanning the room, now with his bow at his side and ready to defend his group, should something happen. | |||

OOC:...so we have a "dark" figure in the corner in an rp. Wow, that brings back memories.  Nobody can blaime for what I'm about to do then, especially you GuardianOni.
BIC: Etsu, as you stand in the shadows in the corner, out nowhere you feel yourself pulled back into the regular plain and find yourself on your back with a girl who appears to wearing bright pink leather armor. She's looking at you, serching every pruse and bag. You are too stunned for a momment to stop her and by the time you do, she's already done and looks at you, speaking in a high pitched voice, in a very cheerful tone and speaking very rapidly. "Hi! What were you doing in the shadow? How did you do it? Are you a shadow dancer? Are you an evil wizard? I hope your not an evil wizard. If you are an evil wizard then I would have to kill you. No, I don't think your an evil wizard. You don't look evil enought, even if you were hidding in the shadows. So what's your name and what were you doing in the shadows?" |
