My best friend is an ex of mine, and things are constantly on the edge because of the "relationship" thing. It used to be a constant teeter-toter effect as to whether we should go back out or not. We tried it, and it didn't work. However, I am currently going out with and engaged to a former ex, so things just work out as they should. Congratulations, Spartan.  Hope it works out for the better. |

| I've had very similar experiences since I first started dating..
Girls are usally very iffy about being "tied down" to one person. I'm not saying I agree with that at all.. I'm just saying that's the way they usually are. It's VERY hard to find someone who is just simply looking for a meaningful and hopefully long lasting relationship. Girls just like to play games and see how it goes. It's very hard to really get to the point you think someone could be something big your life.. and have them walk away without a trace.  |
