| trust me, if it would work, I'd use it.
I've tryed it already, and all it does is set her off even more... There is litturally nothing I can do that will shut her up, and keep the arguement for happening. If I yell, it sets her off. If I keep what I'm doing and listen, is pisses her off insanely that I'm not looking at her. If I have my hand on my hip from beign tired of it hanging around, it pisses her off. It pisses her off if I look at her because she thinks I'm "Staring holes through her" It pisses her off when I don't yell. "SAY SOMETHING!" when in fact, I've already said the same thing 5 freaking times in a row. My mother has serious Selective Hearing, and she blames it on bad hearing (which in fact isn't true. I've tested this, and she's prooven to have better hearing then I do.) So, Vulkar. While I appreciate the idea of something diffrent, it's completly in vain. I found that yelling back at her acctually makes the arguement end faster  ; And by ranting here, that's my only stress releive.
Since, afterall, the bitch twists the story all the time, and now has gotten my dad to be against me. Don't even TRY to tell me to talk to him, because I've tryed. It pisses HIM off because it's his Wife. ; I'm stuck on this untill I get the money to move out. |

well put, take your own advice and quit bitching. I figger you're like 18? You have a job, you probably have a friend or 2 around your age with a job thats wants to move out...put two and 2 together and move out. If you aren't comfortable enough yet to move out on your own, then you need to make things work out for you. Bitching to people here isn't going to help your problems. You might feel better bitching about how terrible your mom is, but it won't solve a problem in the real world. There has to be something you can say/do/not do to keep your mom out of striking distance. If not then take your verbal beating with a smile and remember that you aren't paying to live on your own yet. it's not that hard of a decision really. Me? I still live at home, but I'm also running a very lucrative custom shop based out of white city. My parents want me to stay here and I don't see a reason to move out yet. I pay for my expenses as far as insurance, credit cards, gas, internets, and my parents pay utilities. We fight occasionally, usually about me picking up project car(s) but things always work out. |
