Eh, we're jsut staying at home, and my grandparents are coming over. Nothing spectacular, but it's going to be fun.

If you change the motherboard, then yes, you do need to reinstall the operating system. I'm pretty sure that the same thing goes for a new processor, but I'm not sure. Just reinstall windows, and you'll be fine.

And please...don't hit it with a wrench to fix it this time.

For those not in the know...

Basically, four teenagers killed someone, and mutilated the body to the point at which the police cannot identify the gender or age of the person. And...I met one of them when he visited my church.

So, Ryan Patrick Hare was brought to my seminary class at church by one of my friends one day. It was about a year ago, but he seemed like a decent guy. He wasn't very social, but that was probably because he wasn't a mormon, and the rest of us are.

And then he went on to murder someone and mutilate the corpse. Several of my friends knew and were friends with these people, and while I had no emotional attachment to them, I still find it pretty scary.

Also, this is the last place I'd expect this sort of thing to happen. Apex, where most of them lived, is without a doubt the nicest place I've lived in North Carolina. Everyone is friendly, we have one of the top ten lowest crime rates in America, and everyone in general are nice people.

So how did we get four teenagers who did this?

Personally, I don't have a real problem with Keanu Reeves. He's good at the characters he acts, like the Matrix or Constantine, and he's a better act than people give him credit for.

That said, he is completely wrong for Spike. Spike Spiegel has always been a lighter looser character who makes jokes. Keanu Reeves is too stiff to be Spike.

The plan is for us to go see my Grnadparents for most of today, have fun, eat food, get some presents, and then spend Christmas day at home with the family. Yeah, nothing big, no, no huge vacations, but it'll still be fun.

I was given Call of Duty 2 a couple years ago by a friend. Now, that doesn't sound too bad, and it's a fine game, but my friend wanted to play it with me...a lot. Whenever he had a free moment, he called me and asked me to play it with him. Even when I had a fever of 103 degrees and could barely move, he tried to get me to play it with him. Not pleasant.

It probably would have helped if I was any good at it though.

Have you went to a lot of work to give a present to someone, and then had them never touch it after opening it?

Name: Jack Dreddin

Description: Jack Dreddin has black hair, and almost always wears a suit, with shined shoes, and a dark blue tie. Despite being a prisoner, he stands confident, but not intimidating. He's the sort of man who knows how to get things done.

History: Jack Dreddin was once the charismatic leader of the E'shyum, until he was recruited by Josiah for a brief time. Jack supplied Josiah with an army, and Josiah gave Jack a chance to destroy the Marinae, which were at war with the E'shyum.

Jack eventually caught on to Josiah's intentions, and even went so far as to shoot at Josiah. Believing that everything was well, Jack went back to leading the E'shyum, who he later allowed to join the IFDF, despite his many reservations about it.

Eventually though, the public learned of his involvement with Josiah. Because of this, Jack was put on trial for his involvement with Josiah.

Jack stood as Natalie entered the room. "Good evening," he said. "Any luck on finding Brad yet?"

Jack's hands were cuffed, but other than that, his prison was far more like a hotel than a jail. Sure, the walls were very plain, and far too white, but other than that, he lived in a nice place. He could watch TV, he could spend time outside, and he could read whatever books he requested.

In other words, every small favor a man could ask, except for the freedom to act.

He was once a powerful man, a man who had nearly brought the Suvoj and the Marinae to their knees. Now he had nothing. Now the greatest thing he could ask for was the freedom to walk down a street.

The trial wasn't going well. There were actually only two witnesses of Jack's interactions with Josiah, and one of them only for a fleeting minute. Right now, there was only one man who could save the day, and that was Brad.

Of course, Brad had seen fit to disappear only months after the Josiah incident. No one knew what happened, Brad had only left a note saying that he was okay, and that it was his choice to leave.

"Alright, what have we got here? Do we have enoguh to keep me out of jail?"
