I remember them finding the old Optimus but I never really understood it thoroughly. I was mostly confused because all of the humans are gone and the planet has only animals (and Transformers, of course) on it.

And while you're right about 90% guys being jerks/perverts/idiots/etc, you'll hit the 10% pocket eventually. Like Elara said, try to find the older geek and love him to bits. I guess we're pretty malleable so we can play any part of the relationship and we aren't picky (usually) so we take what we can get and gobble it up, therefor if you have any sort of insecurity about yourself, we won't care and we'll love you all the same.

I have you beat in the processor department (quad core @2.4Ghz) but your video card slaps mine silly (Nvidia 9500GT)!

If you have the know-how, Vista is actually quite nice and doesn't take up too many resources AND looks pretty! Here's my desktop as an example...

Don't overestimate the quad core, as only a handful of programs can even utilize the duo for now. I have been playing around with 3d modeling, though, and that's where it truly shines, but as far as games go, the duo does just fine.

I was mostly commenting on the speed of the processor, which is the most important part. I could have one with 8 cores but if it ran at 1.8 Ghz it wouldn't be that noticeable, with the exception of multitasking of course.

On the other hand, there are always dual processors...

EDIT: Mine is awesome for WotLK and NWN2 as well (except for the toolset, which doesn't like Vista). A bit dry on the graphics processing but it leaps hundreds of miles in front of my old pc, that's for sure. Just need to get my hands on a more powerful GPU and possibly a power supply and I'll be set.

If I created a laptop, I would care how heavy it was, the first thing I would do is put enough battery power in it to last at the very minimum 3 hours... 45 minutes should be a crime punishable by multiple beatings with retractable batons.

It seems everybody is getting new tech nowadays, which is a very good thing.
