While I agree with your post completely, don't forget to rule out the peers, parents and teachers of the bullies!

Back when I was in middle school, I was bullied constantly for being the fat kid with nothing but orange clothes, like a giant orange blight that others were compelled to stomp on.

Well, the bullies never got anything more than a day of suspension for doing things such as spitting, hitting, bringing knives to school, death threats... You name it. Me on the other hand? I try to shove a bully away from me after he starts swinging (after him slamming my hands in my locker, mind you) and I was tackled by 3 teachers, all of them dragging me away. I defended myself and I got suspended for a week, 3 days of in-school suspension and then the dean drove it into my mind that I needed anger management! Well, if you took the fucking steps to open your eyes and see WHY I was angry, you'd fucking understand!

All the while, the bully was being coddled as though he'd been traumatized, and the adults and his friends stood up for him saying that he just needs to get it out of his system.

That's the kind of thing that turns nice people like me into sociopaths! I'm glad that that particular case was averted with me but I was dangling dangerously close!

Well, it looks a lot more like Chrome and it feels much faster and is stable! I don't have my Hatsune Miku theme yet but I plan to get it as soon as it's available!

It's still in the beta stages, however, so a few bugs pop up here or there but even the beta is better than version 3! This version is also 100% compatible with HTML 5 too so Mozilla looks like they're finally jumping on the bandwagon with usability, along with their vast support for addons and other features!
