| The sad part is that I actually know a Serenity/Firefly larp group (all girls) that cosplays all the characters from Mal to random Reavers.... and I have no pics of them.

| I thought it was an amusing enough episode, especially since I know an ungodly amount of people who play and to some degree resemble what the boys were and what they became.
Stan's inital outburst at his father reminded me EXACTLY of Zoso's younger brother, Joey, who is ALWAYS here on TeamSpeak and taking up Zoso's computer.
Meh. I thought it was funny, but the whole Blizzard worrying about this renegade player was kind of silly. But that's South Park for you. |

Checkboxes work on my computer in Firefox. Haven't tried any other browsers, but this is what I normally use on here anyway. I'll have to see if it works at work, where we only have Macs and it's all Safari. |

I think "Cloud is Xena" flows a lot more smoothly, though. Heh, I don't know who started this trend of FFVII: AC to Xena, but it's certainly an amusing one and oddly fitting.

| The only things I've done in the past for quick money have already been mentioned and shot down (doing menial work for my grandmother around the house and selling things on eBay).
Selling things online (eBay, Craig's List, LiveJournal, MySpace, etc) does seem to be the quickest way to get money that I've noticed among my friends who need the money to pay rent and such. These same friends also put up PayPal donation buttons in their profiles and guilt-trip people into donating. But as you mentioned, your parents are against that.
