She frantically thought to herself the entire time. *Don't do anything; these guys can handle it... No... What am I doing just standing here!?*

As the slope was raised, Alexis lunged forth from her new opening, and unsheathed her knife, and held it between her teeth. As she descended, she managed to grab a hold of the giant's massive hands, and with a decisive action, thrust the knife into the palm of the monster's hand. She took it out, and as he flailed to try and swing her off, she began hacking away at one of his fingers. Howling in pain, the giant swung its arms around madly, but Alexis hung tight. After a short fight, the monster's left index finger was completely cut off, as blood spewed from the wound, covering her face and upper body in blood. With a scream of anguish and pain, the giant finally took its opposite hand and smacked her off, the knife still embedded in the giant's flesh, as she fell to the opposite platform, her head bleeding and her shoulder badly injured.

"Dammit... Eergh! Sonofabitch!"

Alexis sat up, rubbing her head, wincing.
"God dammit. Damn near busted my head open..."
She looked up to the giantess that healed her wounds as she rotated her shoulder, making sure it was ok.
"Thanks, Avenda. I owe ya one."
She then slung her arm over Bria, as she groggily stood up.
"Still feel kinda dizzy though. I'll snap outta it. after a bit. Thanks, you guys."

You don't sacrifice anything in Satanism. It's not so much an evil conjuration of the incarnate Antichrist, so much as it is a self fulfilling religion.
From what I understand, it requires nothing of you that is illegal or harmful to any living thing.
It's more or less just a selfish religion, putting yourself before anyone else.
If my sources are correct, that is.

Alexis stared down into the water that stood before them, rippling with the wind that blew past her face. She was feeling much better now; good enough for a swim, even, she thought.

"Great! I love swimming. Use to dive into shit like this all the time. Alright!"

With that, she took a running jump off the exit from the waterway, and dove, arms extended in front of her head, much like a professional diver. She entered the water making the smallest amount of splash out of all of her team mates so far, and gracefully rose to the surface, her wet hair behind her, the sunlight glistening off her hair. She was beautiful in the water.

She saw him looking at her. Away from the lake where everyone cooled off, there he laid, gazing contemplatively at her. With decision in her actions, she quietly left the lake as to not be noticed, and sat down next to Ken, her wet hair tight against her back.

"Hey, Ken. I just... I wanted to thank you for... for taking me away from that awful city. It was time for me to go anyway. You also saved my life. I can't repay you enough, pal," she said to him quietly, thoughtfully. She thought for a moment, then smiled. *He deserves it, what the hell." She then bent down and pressed her lips against his in an open mouthed kiss, in all probability, taking him totally off guard.
