I love posting up pics of my kid but it's not as bad as some of the other chick friends I have. Jesus they have folders dedicated to when they were pregnant, when their child came out, and each month that follows. My mom however has posted up videos each month for her "thesis" in college. | I can understand but the mentality is different here in Rome GA. Living a lavish lifestyle in the hood while thinking the government owes you for having six children is wrong to me. On top of that if someone has foodstamps for food it should be used on the right food. JUNK FOOD is something that a child shouldn't be raised on. | |||

| I was talking with my husband about it this afternoon and he had a point.
When you're around rich snobs who paid 50K a plate to eat at the function... He's going to sound like a snob. So when you're around evil villains how do you want to sound to be on their level of "insanity". You sound like a villain. It's just the way it's going to be in society. But you look at it this way. We both stated that Romney had a good thing going until after he got the presidential candidacy. Everyone on the Republican debate goes blah their all bad but me. Romney goes I don't care who gets it I just want to see some more action. Then he goes I am going to change things but I'm not going to tell you how. And Romney has a point. Obama did flat line. Obama says: it's better now. No it's not. Nothing's better all that has changed was: Osama bin Ladin is dead (thanks to the Navy NOT Obama) And we're out of Iraq (Which was originally planned from the get go NOT OBAMA) And we have a 14 year plan to get out of Afghan (Which Obama should've been like GET THE FUCKERS OUT OF THERE THE GOOD GUYS ARE NOW BAD GUYS GET OUT GET OUT GEEEET OOOOOOUT...) |

| Sounds like 'nam. Since we already did it once why not fuck up and let history repeat itself. I don't take heart in the fact that I have lost a friend over there for no fucking reason and everyone is trying to prevent another Vietnam. Fuck that shit. History's doing the same thing it's always done because Big brother wanted to help out. My buddy is gone his family has an empty chair at their Thanksgiving dinner this year and many more years to come. 14 years is not enough time to even clean it up. Everyone needs to come back.

| So I get news that a real close friend of mine died a couple weeks ago in Afghanistan. His mother called me from Arizona to give me the details of his funeral. Since most of his family lives near Arlington they are going to have his funeral there in the cemetery with the unknown soldier. Caissons are going to be there and everything. She wanted to know if I can't make it if I wanted a DVD of the ceremony. Of course I refused. I don't want to remember him like that.
After finding out I guess I have been avoiding the subject by starting arguements with Eric. He's been very understanding about it. We continue running so I can release some pent up depression but its helping g just a Tad. I just don't really want to think about it. He was supposed to come out and visit to see the babe when he got back. |

| I wish I had known ahead of time. Maybe something I could've prevented him from volunteering to deploy to provide for his two kids (separate moms). =_= I got along with him because as soon as I put on some techno in my room he told me to "shut that shit off and turn on some Basshunter."
He and I would slide down the halls in the barracks in our footie pajamas. I actually had to go the hospital one day because I hit my head and the Drill Sergeant was scared that I had a concussion. He came with me with one of his other buddies. When he was stationed in Ft Benning, HE WAS THE ONE THAT taught me if I was broke and wanted to get drunk all I needed was 5 dollars and a punch line, or I could go to the gay bar and do absolutely nothing just sit there alone while he went to the bathroom. He even protected me from the Ft. Benning PFCs that got out of the base for the weekend for hookah. He was an awesome buddy. I don't know how many times he bailed me out. The last conversation we had was about this deployment. I told him I was against it, it's just something in my gut that I knew SOMETHING was going to happen. He was going to change or even worse. I wished him luck and told him I'm only saying it because I can't change his mind and I don't want to say anything that I will regret. I got a letter in the mail from him. It was dated a couple days before his last mission. "I just want to continue the writing of letters. I loved you in Ft. Gordon and I will always love you now. I can't wait to see D'arcy and Eric for the first time. He better live up to what I want you to find in a man. Someone like me HAHAHAHAH! You'll never find an asshole like me. Get over yourself girl!" |
