| Cairoi walked carelessly down the sideway of the modernized industrial city of Deegro. It seems 1800's like, but to Cairoi's world it is futuristic. He turns to the plains to see the rising hordes of barbarians. They have nto done anything hostile, but it is obvious of their intentions. Cairoi shakes his head and continues his stride. He sees Leon standing alone.
"You? Why have you not left the village? Are you going to fight these barbarians, too? If so, I need to see how powerful you are. Your reward will depend on it." Cairoi draws Diosu and stares at Leon, waiting for his response. |

| This is a previous 2-part RP that was completed a long time ago. I wish to redo the game, to see how this new enviroment shall take the RP.
The Demon Armeggedon has escaped his Cave of Containement and has caused the Apocolypse. 1/2 of the population has been totaled by it's Grand Explosion. The Grand Explosion seems like a grand explosion that harms only demons and humans. Except 100miles within Armeggedon's range. Then, the area was totaled. In this explosion, the guarded gateway between the Demon Realm and Human realm has become an easy to pass through rift, enabling demon survivors to escape into the Human Realm. All seems lost...But, a hidden secret lies somewhere within the world. When the powerful demon uses the Garnd Explosion technique, his entity takes the form of an orb, easily destroyed. But, the orb rests deep within the Dark Trials, a trecherous dungeon that none have yet to survive. Character Required Info.: Name: Race:Human, Demon, Half-Demon Weapons: MEDEVIL TIMES. NO GUNS. Age: ____________________________________________________________________ Cairoi Alester Human Diosu, his master's blade. 25 kunai knifes. 22 years With a groan, Cairoi stands and looks up at the gateway. He gasps when he sees the giant stone gateway shattered, replaced with a strange rift leading to the Demon Realm. He turns to look at his partner, slumped against one of the many trees of the forest. | Cairoi, taken offguard by Leon's actions, had little time to react to the 5 slashes. With only a few seonds to spare, Cairoi pushed himself backward, barely avoiding the slashes.
"Whoah...Caught me off guard." Cairoi spins around, and brings to him a large collection of iron ore. He spins his hands and seemingly crafts the iron into a large spike ball. He hovers it a few inches from his hand with his Terramorphus power and infuses elemental power into it. He then points his hand at Leon and the ball launches at him with an estimated speed of Mach 2. "Catch." |

| Cairoi, through forced breaths, lifts the demon and drags him up against a tree. This one is not mindless, so I need not worry him. He walks in front of the gateway again and watches as a large squad of imps charge forward. He raises a square of earth and launches it at the rift, killing a few. The rest climb through and charge at Cairoi. He slams his fist into the ground, causing the soil to disrupt and throw them off balance. He then spreads his hand out and the disrupted ground returns to normal and swallows the remaing imps whole. Cairoi smiles and sifts his brown hair out of his eyes. He walks over to the demon and pulls out a small liquid. He finds the large, gaping wound on the demon and pours the liquid on it. With a hiss, the wound steams a bit and closes shut.
"Not all of a race is evil, nor is all of one good. I shall not judge you till you awaken." Cairoi stands again and walks over to the gateway. He stumbles a bit, but he quickly regains his composure and prepares himself. |

| Ah, my favorite RPG game ever, and it's prequel. I much prefer Chrono Cross over Chrono Trigger, but I still enjoyed Chrono Trigger. In Chrono Cross, even with the still staggering cast of 42 characters, each had a story and devolped. You party was what you wanted it to be, and the story a little, too. The story was awesome because it had so much depth to it. Everythging tied together except a few singes here and there. In it's tiem, it had as good graphics as FFVII, maybe better, and the fact it changed everytime you played it through made me gidddy. Yes, giddy. THe battle system, kickass.
SUMMARY: The game was so awesome I played it through three times. My favorite characters were: Chrono- Main character. He has an awesome weapon and some cool Tech Skills. Guile- The badass Black element magician. Glenn- Everyone's favorite knight. |

I agree that the soundtrack was hilarious, and even to this day, I walk up to my friends when they are not looking and yell "KATAMARI DAMACYYYYYY, DUh dah da..."...That chesnut.... | Heh heh, Serge, yeah. You know, I never kept the name so I couldn't remember it well.
Think about what you just said though: How many hours? Think about how many hours it takes most games nowadays to beat. 10, 13 hours, unless it's godly? The main reason behind me liking Cross better was the fact or idea that your every action changes things. To me, Trigger played like a story, while Cross is your novel, to a degree. Your action whenKid is poisoned decides many things, you can go after certain characters because they appeal better, and it just is more what You want rather than what the game says. Not to say Trigger wasn't bad. I love Trigger, too. I just had lotsa trouble accepting the fact that if you mess with teh past, (take a character out) history didn't change much. I haven't played Trigger in a long time, though, and I've been playign Cross lately, so my opinion may be a little skewed. |
