| Hmm, Tyler thought to himself. It had been so long since he had contact with people that it was difficult for him to get his voice back. No matter. He coughed a small amount and began going through the alphabet until his voice was back to normal. Now, to catch up that man.
He looked down at his arms, noticing the Verse speaking to him again. The door is now open. Tyler, not entirely sure of its meaning, took it to mean that this paradise, mostly devoid of human activity, now had an exit. Fear washed over him like a splash of cold water. He would not leave this paradise, ever. "Verse, lead me to the others." The silvery wind began to slowly swirl about him, glowing a faint blue, as strange words and symbols floated around his as well. Suddenly, his eyes flashed blue and he saw the path and destination he sought. The Verse began to float over his body once more, glowing blue before fading back to black. He began to run, hoping to find the others. |

Congrats on the job! 
I finally got a job as well, though it is fucking incredibly physically demanding. I'm ice boy at Bound's Beverages, a beverage warehouse in my neighborhood. It's like a drive through for beer (XD). My (main) job is to load up bags, either 10 pounds or 50 pounds and either put them in the cooler in the drive through, or the -40 degree freezer room. In the span of three days, I've also acquired the tasks of loading ice into trucks and cars, moving it all over the place, getting soda for people, and to help out if someone needs an extra man. My arms are torn up. |

Tyler seemingly appeared out of nowhere, walking closer to the group. His hands were in his pockets as he approached, and a smirk on his face. "I can find anything in this world. Anything. Just ask." Tyler lifted his left arm up so everyone could see the Verse traveling over his forearm. |

| Edgar looked up at the sound of feet hitting the floor. He was deathly afraid, but at the same time, he felt a joy deep in his being. Isha had come back to him.
"Isha! You live?!" Isha nodded solemnly. "Edgar, we have much to discuss." Seifer walked up next to Holly, sword slung over his back, and two visible shards dangling off a necklace. "I left Sujov because I had no faith in God. I had faith in nothing but the sword I carry now. Holly, I will protect you with my life. God, Satan, and the earth be damned." Seifer looked at her with eyes that gave away his feelings, but he turned back to the helicopter before she could read him. He still wondered how he could care for someone as much as he cared for her, but now was not the time. Just then, he heard a scream from behind him. A terrified, heartfelt scream coming from Isha. Moments before, Edgar had nodded his head, absorbing all Isha had to say. "So, Josiah is going to make himself unstoppable and bring the world into his domain...I hate unnessecary conflict, I really do." Isha sighed, shaking our head. "Our best bet lies with Seifer, Leon, and that group. If they are with us, we might be able to stop Josiah." Edgar nodded. He rose and lifted his hands into the air. "It appears it is time to activate my miracle shard. It cannot directly end lives, but it can locate Josiah." Isha stood, worried. "But that will shorten your lifespan! You've already lost too much." Edgar smiled warmly. "My life is devoted to peace. The clans have united to fight Josiah. Once he is gone, there will be peace." Edgar focused, and his body glew with a white light. It glew brighter and brighter until he flashed white light, then slowly faded. When it had left, Edgar opened his eyes. "Josiah is at Warehouse 28A on Paper Street in the ruins of Boston. Alden is there as well." He relayed to Isha. He smiled at her and walked close. He grabbed her left hand and grasped it firmly, putting two objects in her hand. Then, he kissed her forehead as he lightly took her head in his hands. "For the years of service you spent protecting me, I thank you." Isha stood, confused as to what he meant. "Now, for the age of peace I long for, take my tools, and bring it to fruition. God be with you, Isha." Isha's eyes flew open as Edgar activated his miracle shard once more, and Isha felt herself begin to grow lighter and float. He smiled at her and closed his eyes, as Isha's scream was silenced as she disappeared from sight. Edgar slowly walked over to his bed, and climbed onto it. He closed his eyes, his body longing for sleep. With a smile, he said "Now, my Lord, I shall watch the world be saved by your side in Heaven." And he fell to sleep, never to wake again. Isha appeared several feet behind Seifer and Holly, hitting the ground. She quickly stood, looking around frantically and crying. Seifer turned and ran to her in a hurry. "Isha, you're alive!" Isha continued to look devastated and frightened, so he pursued. "What's going on?!" She looked at him with innocent eyes filled with pain and fear. "Edgar sent me here with his miracle shard! He used it too much!" She looked down at the shards in her hand and activated them to work for her. Working frantically, she attempted to use them to contact Edgar telepathically. She met the silence of death. At this revelation, she dropped to her knees, crying frantically. "He...he's dead..." Seifer was blown away. He stood up slowly, and turned to Leon, his face blank. "He used the miracle shard to send me here. Alden and Josiah are in Warehouse 28A on Paper Street in Boston. He gave me his shards and told me to bring about an age of peace. I'll do that." Seifer smiled shortly. She had Edgar's spirit in her. "That's a good girl." He climbed up onto one the helicopters, facing everyone. He took in a deep breath before giving out orders, something he rarely did. "Alright, everyone! Mr. Icav, we'll be needed a copter. Everyone coming with me and Isha, follow me! We're going after Josiah!!" Isha nodded, wiping the tears from her eyes and putting on the ring and the necklace as she climbed on. "Who's coming?" |

| Seifer returned the passion of the kiss, and watched as Holly walked away with a growing grin. Soon he was grinning from ear to ear as he lightly paced around the helicopter.

| Seifer was walking around outside the helicopters now, surveying the soldiers, civilians, downed militia, and his friends. He was all smiles, patting people on the shoulder. He walked up near Brad and.
"Brad, the militia aren't a problem anymore. We're heading after Josiah and Jack. Quick, get in that helicopter if you're coming." He pointed at the helicopter, nodded, and patted Brad on the shoulder before walking upstairs to get his Colt revolver. He would need all the power he could get. When he walked in, he was greeted by Old Derrick, sitting on his torn mattress. "Heading after Josiah?" Seifer, surpised for a moment, nodded solemnly. "I see..." Derrick said as he pondered deeply. "Take my shards. I'm too old to fight seriously, but with these you might be able to stop Josiah." He walked over and handed him two shards. "The first shard slows down time to some degree, amplifying your speed. With my old bones, all it can do for me is amplify how hard I can hit. The second amplifies the powers of shards. I used to use it to amplify the speed one to the point where I could stop time. I imagine you'll be very creative when it comes to using them if I know you." Seifer smiled warmly, clutching the shards close. He now had five shards, and he would use all of them to stop Josiah. "Old Derrick, I hope we can talk again when this is all over." Old Derrick nodded, grabbing the Colt off the decimated dresser. "I know you came up here for this." He lightly tossed it to him, and Seifer caught it in one hand, putting it in the normally empty gun holster on his belt. "Do me proud, Seifer." Old Derrick said as Seifer saluted him lightly and walked out of the room. Once Seifer exited the building and saw the third helicopter landing, people scrambling about, determined faces everywhere, he got into action. He fastened his necklace holding Holy Trinity, he slammed Tremor into his sword's shard slot, and put the two new shards in the slots of his Colt. He would give no quarter to Josiah. |
