| Seifer made his way over to Leon, memories of his old friend rushing through his mind. He stood up to Josiah, and this is what it got him. He closed Leon's open eye, and sat in contemplation for a moment, eyes growing slightly wet.
"Friend, you were the best damn fighter I've ever met. Hope God knows who to take care of up there." Seifer sighed and rose. He couldn't stand this life anymore. He wanted to put the life of the warrior behind him. "You, my friend, are the one who drove the blade into the demon." As Seifer went to retrive the sword of Josiah's bane, he gasped in fear when he noticed sword and corpse were gone, red-stained snow all that was left. "HOLLY!" Seifer yelled as he bolted towards her. Shit, shit, shit!!! |

| Seifer eyed the situation carefully as he approached. His main objective was to protect Holly, and to do that, he had to get her out of here. She wasn't leaving without her father, so Seifer's mind went like clockwork. Remembering the words of Old Darren, he amplified the shard in his body and lifted the pylon enough for Henry to get out.
Seifer groaned loudly. The pylon was thick titanium, he hadn't really prepared. "HHHHHHRRRURRY!" |

| Seifer rose, blood trickling down his left shoulder. His shirt was mildly torn on the side, and his scarred body showed through. He picked up his sword, which Josiah had dropped, and raised it with his good arm. He disappeared for a moment before returning to nearby Brad, Holly in his arms.
"You've been so brave, honey. Now, get out that gun I lent you and get ready to shoot this fucker dead. We'll be counting on you." He stepped forward, now standing right next to Brad. "You're a fucking lifesaver, friend." |

| Henry knew just what to do. He had lightly twisted the blade so the flat side would be against the shield as he took the hit, keeping his balance as he took the momentum from the blow, pushing himself into a back flip as it died down, throwing him out of range of the attack. It was now evident how insanely spry Henry was. He then pushed back with his right foot, stepping forward and bringing the sword down forcefully at Alex's head. Taking into account the helmet, the blade would slide down to the shoulder, which would take the majority of the force.
Taking to account the lack of armor Henry wore and his natural agility, he more than made up for his lack of mastering swordsmanship. |
