| Edgar scanned the area, using his Commandments crystal to locate each mental signal. He took three steps back, putting himself directly in between Leon and Isha. Isha lifted her gun and stared around patiently. Edgar spoke quietly.
"It appears all three dynasties have assembled themselves here. Peace just cannot be reached at this time, can it?" Edgar raised his right hand and the crystal glew, now ready to bring up a shield of energy to protect the trio if they were attacked. "I despise unnessecary conflict, I truly do." |

| Edgar drew close to Leon, as did Isha, and he called up his energy shield, protecting them from any stray attacks that may fly out. Edgar spoke to both his vassals as he concentrated his defense.
"The primary objective is to prevent casulties. When you're ready to leave the defense, alert me. I'll give you an opening." Edgar focused harder and a shield encased Don as well, protecting him from damage. He wanted to make sure nothing horrendous would happen. "Mmmmm..." Edgar hummed as he focused intently, getting only mildly distracted when he felt a similar energy signal come closer. Close by, a figure contrasting sharply with the desert sand apporached Holly's position. He wore a black Coheed and Cambria t-shirt with a dark jenim jacket and black cargo pants. He is handsome, with a growing garden of facial hair, cool blue eyes, and short messy amber hair. He adjusted the large sword on his back when he sat down next to Holly and laughed. "Looks like old Edgar's gotten into some deep shit this time." He smiled at Holly and patted her on the shoulder. "Why, you're cute. What the hell are you doing in a desert battle?" |

| Edgar looked forlorned as he sat next to these two strangers, contemplating the events that had conspired in the last 20 minutes. His head was woozy, and he cursed himself for ever making the pact with E'shuyum. There had been too much unmerited chaos, far too much, and they had achieved nothing originally planned to achieve by their alliance. Edgar felt a longing want to return back to Europe, back to the head quarters of his faction. He wished to be with the heads of the nation and for the feeling of doing things for the betterment of the world to return.
"Leon, Isha...I believe in the chaos we may have overlooked an old friend." He pulled up his scarf and cloak and closed his eyes, thinking intently... The swordsman laughed as he slowly trailed the buggy, using his Holy Trinity shard to make a forcefield over his feet and enable him to hover over the ground. He kept a close eye on the jeep while keeping his chest lower to the ground. "The replacement needs some experience, his moves are far too...rash and not calculated." He realized that Marinae was not going to take this sitting down, and he felt as though they should be alerted. He shot forward, did a front flip in the air and landed squarely on the back of the buggy, grasping firmly. "Why, hello friends. It appears for the moment we've the same path. Good to see you're in the well, Edgar. I must say, looking ravishing, Isha. And Leon...good to see ya! Anyway, I'll stick with you guys until we get to your base of operations. Then, I'm going with the girl and boy, whether or not they like it. H'okay?" He smiled and made himself comfterable, causing Edgar to sigh loudly. "Hello, Seifer. Odd circumstances to see you again." |

| Seifer laughed as he pulled a beer from a jacket pocket.
"Yeah, I'm very interested in these Phantom Shards, I'm coming with you." He smiled at her and his eyes shined as he opened the bottle. "Anyway, Leon, yeah, we'll have a duel before this is all over, eh, mate?" He took a swig of the beer and laughed. "This tastes nasty. Wasn't worth the trouble." He threw the bottle behind the buggy and pulled out some chewing gum and began eating some. An odd character indeed. |

BIC: Seifer twitched as someone took up the little sitting room he had and whined like a fiery megabitch. He put up a fake smile as the person moaned like a baby about getting hit by Seifer's carelessness. "Oh, that'd be me, man. It seems, Leon, I'll have to postpone our prospect of a duel. Edgar, nice seeing you. And Holly?" Seifer leaned over and grabbed her hand, kissing it. "Until next we meet." He then let go of her hand, grabbed the odd man by the collar when he tried to attack Edgar's vassal Leon and tugged roughly as he jumped off the back of the buggy feet first. He landed softly despite the speeds, and despite being a little shaken, this new man would be too. Seifer had stopped the foolish newcomer's attack on Leon and brought it to a match between them, mano a mano or whatever the expression is. "Now, we have a broken beer bottle to discuss, hmm?" As the buggy sped off into the distance, Seifer unsheathed his sword and laughed. "Seriously, green hair?" Edgar smiled, watching as the odd intruder was dragged off the buggy by Seifer. | As soon as Plexis introduced himself, Seifer nodded to himself.
"Seifer Ehnzo, the Swordsman of God who Walks Alone. I take it you're looking for thrills or the considerable bounty on my head." The enemy suddenly attacked, and Seifer was more than ready. The shard around his neck hummed and a green wall formed 2ft away from him, blocking Leon's attack instantly. He was well accustomed to speed. Seifer backed up 15 ft with one clean jump and pulled a crystal out of his pocket, slamming it into the socket as he landed. The sword's blade began to vibrate immensily, and with what seemed as though one slash, a barrage of 15 kinetic shockwaves shot out from the trail of the blade at the enemy. It moved somewhat faster than hurricane winds, making it incredibly fast and deadly. It would operate the same as a sword slash though Seifer did not even need to be near his foe. "HA!" |

| Seifer laughed as he activated Holy Trinity , calling a green barrier around him using mental concentration. With each slash the barrier was shattered slightly, but a new sheet of green energy took it's place. After the last kick, Seifer allowed it all to fall all, and it appeared as though the shards of green energy snowed to the ground, fading as they slowly fell. He dashed forward at an incredible speed, getting 30ft between him and Plexis in seconds. The entire time he had begun charging a negative kinetic force to his sword, causing a small tornado force to his sword. He turned to his foe.
"I've only had bandits and weaklings to fight for quite some time. Thank you for having strength. NOW, let's get this started!" Seifer slashed horizantally but stopped when the sword pointed directly at Plexis. From the pull of air surrounding the sword, Seifer managed to let out postive shockwaves of air moving at high speeds at Plexis. There was a half-second wait between the shockwaves, and about 30 blasts in total. Eventually, Seifer became affected by the recoil and changed his stance to better protect against it, and sweat began to form on his face. "This is proving to be some fantastic fun!" During that time, Edgar, Isha, Leon, Holly, and Josia were passing into Colorado, home of the Sujov military base. They saw the Rocky Mountains begin to loom in the horizon. When they did, Isha reached underneath her seat and pulled out a box. "Edgar, Leon, here's your suits. Holly, Josiah, put these on. The Sujov base is protected by heavy yet non-lethal defenses, and in case we get attacked, these will be incredibly important to have. No need to put the helmets on yet, but the suits on and the helmet at the ready are important." Edgar smiled after she finished and looked at the two young people. The Sujov base was at the foot of the nearest Rocky Mountain, which once had a name, but it is now referred to as Sujov Mt. "No worries. Our base is one of the most protected facilities in the world. In a way we are prepared for every eventuality. Make yourselves at home here while you wait for Seifer to find you. We will take you in with open arms." |

| Cairoi felt his body being lifted by telekinetic force, catching him by suprise. When he got his bearings, every other thought left his mind except for a deep concentration. He remembered the face of his love, Mia. He remembered his son, Lenn...Cairoi's soul would never rest until he could be with them again. And if this fool was to stand in his way, he would know a force fiercer and more determined then any he has ever encountered.
"..." And with an anger of thousands of years, Cairoi screamed and released his fury. A field of energy formed around him, breaking the hold Vulkar had on him. Cairoi had some minor scratches on his arms, but he did not feel them. He fell to the ground, levitating slightly when the perpetual release of energy touched it. He focused and called the energy back within him, glaring angrily at his foe. "I'm not about ready to call it quits just yet." Cairoi dashed forward and did a TriColour Cross Scar move. Blue Cross Scar released a shockwave that propelled him at the speed of sound at Alex, Yellow made him even FASTER, and Grey Cross Scar aka Burst Scar powered up Cairoi's fist as it flew towards Vulkar's chest. Vulkar could not have heard Cairoi's following statement because of the speed Cairoi was moving, but it served to assist Cairoi concentrate. TriColour: ShatterBust- A mixture of Burst (energy that floods the enemy with an irritant energy that causes the affected area to disrupt and destroy their mana stores) plus a punch moving at speeds faster than the speed of light. |

OOC: Blue pushed me at that speed, and yellow Cross Scar encases my body in a speed shield, protecting me from friction and high speeds. It's a combination I came up with for an explanation for being able to go that fast. Besides, Cairoi isn't human. He's a Terran (old race of humans, much hardier and magically resistant) and one that's got mana control down to a finite skill.

For future reference, when I attack your mana stores, I am attack your life force. Vitality, hardiness, energy, chakra if you will, as that is my interpretation of mana. Whether or not you use it for magical purposes does not deny you the pleasure of having it. So, it'd be like putting you in a coma. ANYHOO... BIC: Cairoi was pushed back quite a tad, but by spinning himself in a centerfuge-like motion and using a Blue Cross Scar shockwave, he brought himself to a speed where he could stop himself in mid-air. He landed on the ground and smiled, breathing a little heavily. "Oh boo hiss, you've got me dizzy!" Laughing, he stomped his left foot on the ground and from the Earth rose the two fragment swords of Diosu, Minut and Midi. Cairoi grabbed each sword and began spinning them until he was able to take Dread Dual stance. His left hand was brought back, the blade pointing at Vulkar. His right hand was turned so that the sword was at an angle, pointing to Cairoi's left. He was bent slightly, and a gleam of enjoyment could be seen in his eyes. It would be quite some time before Cairoi would truly be in danger.

Edgar's smiled remained as he continued his conversation with Holly.

"It is no problem. Sujov's ultimate goal is at least an ideal utopian society. We wish for the fighting to cease more than anything and for faith and happiness to return to the populace." He looked out to the semi-grassy fields they now rode on, his eyes wandering slightly. "Though the road seems ardous..." Seifer, as soon as the last shockwave was shot, dashed forward. With the first kick he used his sword to keep the pressure off him as he slid pass Plexis. With each new kick, he used Holy Trinity energy to push the trajectory of the attack away from him slightly while flowing to dodge the technique, showing incredible physical mastery. As the second to last kick approached, he did a backflip, kicking off a wall of Holy Trinity. He landed in time to see the final kick flying at his head and raise his sword to block it. He was pushed back a few feet, but remained unharmed. "Heh. What do you say to ending this with the next attack? Whether or not we live or die. I have things to tend to as of now. We'll be sure to pick this up at a more appropriate time when I've seen to what needs to be seen." Sweat was dripping from his face, but the expression on his face was a happy one. "You like?" He brought the large sword into both of his hands and began charging Tremor and Holy Trinity energy, preparing to end this. If not, he would call off the buildup in an instant.

Seifer spun his sword and pulled it behind him, channeling the energy into his being. He crouched down and smiled evilly. "Right! We call it here!" Suddenly, Tremor's charged energy flew into Seifer and his charged body shot forward at incredible speeds, essentially inhuman, but not impossible. It seemed as though time . All the momentum was in Seifer's sword, as well as the charged Holy Trinity energy. The sword glew bright green as he brought his sword down from behind at Plexis, his inhuman momentum and the Holy Trinity energy fusing with the sword's power to make an ultimate attack. If Plexis dodges the actual slash, the sword will let off a shockwave of Holy Trinity regardless, and damge him if he is anywhere in the area for about 10 seconds after the attack first goes off. "HYAAH!" | ||||||||
