| Blind Hearts: Retribution of the Forgotten
This new RP is actually a continuation of a previous RP made on this board: Innocence Gone. Yes, this is Innocence Gone 2. Innocence Gone, for those of you who do not know, is a wonderful RP originally by Tristian(Yuzuchi Kaze), sister of Sarah (True Flight). However, the RP became a wonderful thing all it's own. And, being the idea man I am, I came up with a story that takes place after the events of IG. (True/Yuzuchi: Please PM me if you have any objections.) P.S. (If you did not participate in IG, read up Here. It is vital you read this to participate in this RP. Story Summary: 7 years after Jack Eldridge left without a trace...(9 years after the rebellion) it appeared the fledging country was to be faced with a terrible danger. With the vampire clans having taken their leave, werewolf clans have lost their territorial enemies and now are far more numerous. Also, werewolves' hatred for humanity has for the most part returned, and they have taken to attacking humans that wander in their territory. President Kiera, witnessing a nationwide panic, issued the Boundry Saftey Act, keeping citizens of the country in heavily-protected cities and major roads without a state sanctioned permit. This was done to prevent people from losing unnessecary lives, and it was only a temporary measure while Kiera sent a werewolf diplomat, Francince Ulrich (head of the Ullrich clan) to call together an assembly of wolves to put an end to this. However, the assembly went terribly awry, and a fued erupted at the assembly, proclaiming the beginning of the Werewolf Clan War. The Ullrich clan sided with the humans, thus disgracing themselves amongst the werewolf race. Wiccans, Ulrichs, and Humans are now working together to attempt to stop the Werewolf Wars and restore the nation's peace. On a side note, the Wiccan Council has been in disarray since it's Head Archmage Jack Eldridge dissapeared seven years ago. He had told Ted, a now deceased High Mage he was going to investigate rumours on the West Coast, but as of yet no searches have found him or any trace of him. Leadership was handed to it's previous leader, Francis Eidos in his stead. Also, unrest has began to form, some of the public blaming Kiera and her administration for the state of the country. This stress, added onto the loss of Jack, has caused her to return to her "no-nonsense" escape personality. Eidos and the others are worried for her, but at the moment can't help anymore than they are. Trois, Kiera's Secretary of State and war comerade, has offered her a plan: Send out word for any able-bodied Wiccan, Ulrich, or Human to investiage the Werewolf War, attempt to put an end to it, and at the same time search for news of Jack Eldridge, the missing hero. Kiera took to the idea instantly and had posters recruiting for "Witches' Through"... Tell me what you think! If you want to join, tell me so. Any moans, groans, gripes, lemme know! This is just a brainstorm after all. I DO have a shitload of ideas for this. More indepth looks into Wiccan, Werewolf, and Vampire cultures, guest appearances by the old IGers, the same beautiful action from before, and all and all a bundle of fun! Human- Humans are the most versatile of the common races. Humans have been known to be stong, quick, smart and overall the most balanced. While their life spans are oft shorter than the other races, their society is geared for an incredible amount of change during their lifetimes, altering the world massively in short amount of times. Average Player (Basically what age we're looking for) Age: 17-40 Werewolves-Werewolves are magical creatures that have three guises: Human, Wolf, and their natural Werewolf appearance. Werewolfs are known for being intolerant territorial savages, but the Ullrich clan (the only playable werewolves) have become the most humane and civilized of the werewolves. Every werewolf has an incredible sense of smell, and sight, and hearing in any state. Average Player Age: 25-100 Wiccan-This is a race that has been discriminated against since the old Government had discovered the other races. These people are essentially humans with magick. They have a vibrant religon and culture, and they were almost as varied in strength as humans. Average Player Age: 18-50 Character Sheet! | Seifer charged as much energy as he could in the few seconds before Plexis came down and used Tremor to give him the kinetic energy needed to jump out of the way 25 feet. He skidded on the ground as momentum carried him backwards after gravity brought him down. He spun his sword once and stabbed it into the ground, breathing heavily.
"Thanks for that amazing warmup, man. Haven't had a good fight to shake the bones in ages." He then lifted his sword and pointed it at his former foe, a big grin on his face. "We'll finish this before the end." With that, he sheathed his sword and put his hands together, the two shards shining brightly. "I must now take my leave. BAI LIN KAGE!" At the word recognition, a large bubble of Holy Trinity energy formed around him, lifted off the ground, spun rapidly, then wrapped into nothingness. It appeared using magic and kinetic energy he was able to make a teleporter of sorts. Whatever the technique implied, he was gone, nothing but wind now where he once stood. At that moment, Edgar was reawoken by Holly's voice. He looked around before finding an image to correspond with the sound and looked out the side, noticing the person. At that moment he detected several other minds and he began to worry. He tapped Isha's shoulder, signifying he wished to reach safety. The buggy was approaching the base, a white marble fortress on top of a hill. Jutting from the side of the hill were pipes, and the entire base seemed to be incredibly defended. Isha pressed the comm button on the front dashboard. "White caravan with two guests, requesting clearance." She removed her hand from the button and static was heard in the speaker as security cleared the two guests and from the small ID fax they were given clearance passes. Isha handed them to Josiah and Holly and smiled. "Welcome to Sujov's American base of military operations." The base floor gate rose and they were now in the Mobile Unit Garage. They parked the buggy in it's designated spot and turned off the ignition. Everyone climbed out and stood now in the vacant garage, nothing in this space but vehicles and themselves. Isha began walking towards the stairway. "Follow me, please." |

Edgar walked over to Holly and Josiah, in the middle of an argument. He listened in and waited to interject until the perfect moment. He cleared his throat and then spoke, grabbing both's attention. "It is understandable you wish to remain neutral. I also wished to refrain from conflict, trying to use negotiation to end the conflict. However, Alden will be here in naught but a moment, assuming I had some part in the chaos that unfolded back there. My original intent was to get all three parties together to call for a treaty, but E'shuyum decieved me. Now I expect Marinae will wage unrelenting war against us both." Edgar sighed, thinking of the possibility of peace now lost. "I trust Seifer will protect you on your travels. My advice is for you to climb inside our hover unit, "Gust". It has a stealth feature that will protect you. Get inside, turn on stealth, and wait until Alden is distracted to leave. By that time, Seifer should be here and will accompany you. Does that sound reasonable?" |

| Edgar had a kind smile on his face as he listened to Holly's defiance to his suggestion and nodded as she talked.
"Understandable, Holly. I respect your judgement. You may wait here for Alden, I will not stop you." He flinched as he noticed something, and turned to the hallway near him, slowly walking to it. "Everyone, I will be right back, I need to get something from my office. Be right back." He walks out of the garage and walks down the hallway, making a right and going all the way to the end of the hallway, reaching the iron door leading to his office. He tensed himself, walking in, ready to call up a defense. He opened and shut the door behind him, looking at his large, essentially empty office at his unexpected visitors. "I might not sense shards as Leon, but I can sense souls. What business do you have with me, Alden?" Reaching behind, Edgar locked the door, keeping a stern stare on the intruders. |

| Unknown to everyone mind those who are incredibly familiar to Seifer's shard energy, he was in the base, waiting for Holly and Josiah to leave. He was in the hover unit, climbing in when he heard Edgar offer it to them. He currently slept in the back seat, his head rested against the right arm rest.

History(You better know IG before you do this): Jack Eldridge was the Wiccan that founded 369 and with Keira led the rebellion ending the old Government. He is one of only 3 Executioner level Wiccans, Dalit and the Lion being the other. 2 years after the rebellion he left in search of "helping West Coast towns" when in fact he was investigating rumours of a hostile cult. He has since not been heard from. Name: Darian Ullrich Race: Werewolf (Type 2 Speed) Age: 33 Height: 5'9" Weight: 130 Hair: White Shaggy hair Eyes: Indigo Outfit: Tight black t-shirt, tight black pants, and a choker. History: Darian was a young werewolf lad when the rebellion occured, but he was more than ready to assist. He gained prestige for his heroic acts during the final open battles between the rebels and the Government, participating in both the defense of the Ullrich house and the 369 mansion. As a werewolf that both loves humans and is known and respected amongst all werewolves, he has proven to be a valuable asset to Francine's cause. He is lean, and used to be made fun amongst the Ullrichs as being scrawny, but he showed them by becoming incredibly fast, fast enough his opponent's strength means nothing, as he is rarely hit. Amongst werewolves he is always sought for duels and he rarely declines, leading him into some tight spots. |

The press scattered, and a man, with white hair and indigo eyes, very thin but still intimidating, had clenched fists and was swinging his arms, getting everyone out of the way. "DAMN RIGHT!" Darian opened the back door, bowing to Keira and Francine. "President Eldridge, Madame Francine, you are now free of the insects. Darian Ullrich at your service." |

"Aye, I was a splendid young lad back in the day. Now they have me keeping werewolves under control. A negotiator with strength is always in want." He waited until Francine left, giving her a reassuring "aye" and waited until she left. "So, yes Madame Eldridge, I'll be the one leading the mercenary investigation into the werewolf war. They're a splendid group of tykes, really they are. Any questions before you brief them?...Are you ok, madame?" Darian looked concerned about Keira's headache, as he was indeed. He patted her on the shoulder and brought his head down trying to make eye contact with her. "Need a doctor?" |
