| Logos, I know you're following the rules and not breaking any, but you're seeming to pull at many people's nerves, so as a non-staff warning, just from me, be a tad nicer, please.
In my personal opinion, I am against the draft. I think by instating the draft we'd only be ruining lives. If you want to join the military, go ahead. I just don't want to take part. I have here in the United States a loving girlfriend, a caring and close family, and many amazing friends. And if I was drafted, I would make them all cry. I can't do that. I have a vague plan of how I want to live, and the damnable civil war should be fought by the nation itself. Oh, and now that our Congress is Democrat majority, a party who are incredibly AGAINST the war, definately vote against a draft? Just a thought, I dunno. |

The mild-mannered xeo sat down at his computer one night, looking anxiously at the napkins to his left. His hands nervously jittered on the keyboard as he searched for explicit anime. He noticed a new site he had not been to yet, and he grew amazingly interested. He clicked the link and watched as the site began to load. Suddenly, the screen began emitting a bright light, and Xeo blocked his eyes from the glow in defense. He screamed for a minute before an enourmous pair of cel-shaded breasts slowly emerged from the computer screen. He put his hands down in his lap instantly, and he became very excited. A slender hand leapt out and grabbed the back of his head and slammed them between the massive hooters. His screams of simultaneous enjoyment and terror were muffled as the anime breasts pulled him into the computer screen, leaving nothing but the napkins and the glowing white screen. And he has not come out since.

You have 30 minutes before we team prep. In that time, I'd like you to suit up in the Armory, room B114 for those who don't know. Armor is required, weapons suggested but not needed. Gather any personal effects, say your goodbyes, maybe eat at the cafeteria. I want you all suited up and in the garage in those 30 minutes. Catch you then!" Races: Oridians: The current ruling populace of the colony Terra. They are a highly technologically advanced people, being able to run the atmosphere as well as participate in intergalactic trade. They single-handedly saved Terra from its destruction, and as such are viewed by all the natives with at least forced respect. Their bodies are tall and slender, and they are feline in nature. They are great builders and leaders, but if you need brute strength, do not come to them. Weapon-wise, their style would be gunplay. They are almost entirely magically inept as their beliefs have faded in the “old arts.” Though their instinct drives can spawn a sort of technologically created magical force. Terrans: The oldest people on Terra, they are ruled by the changes and signs of nature, and with the magic that instinctively flows through them; they can command it with innate skill. They are shorter than Oridians, but generally just as slender. However, these people have honed their bodies since use into tools, and are known as deadly hand to hand fighters, as well as swordsman and bowmen. Animus: The Animus people are nomads of the Terran world, known as Stonefeet by the Terrans. They are giants of men, averaging seven and a half feet tall. They are known to react violently when violence is not at all necessary. They have a deep respect for their elders and a spiritual connection with all of those before them. This leads them to having a natural ability in shamanic powers. Allowing their elders to lead them into battle and fight with them for an increased strength and ability. Solaris: Former rulers of the planet terra. Worshippers of the God of the Sun. Their “Festival of the Sun” brought the majority of their people on a pilgrimage to the homeland, which happened to be their demise as the Comet struck their homeland destroying everyone who lived there in a matter of moments. (Not available to the general populace, to play as this race a PM must be sent to both Me and Xeios, and approved by both of us.) Instinct Drive: Invented by Scott Semper, Instinct Drives are one of the major issues on the colony today. An Instinct Drive is a microcomputer chip that is installed into the mind of anyone. It is the reason why melee weapons have stood their ground against guns. The Instinct Drive automatically activates when adrenaline is pumped in the body, and takes over the instinct. It analyzes the surroundings of the person and commands the brain to do the most effective move, as long as it is within the person’s capacity to do so. There are different grades of the drives, and factors that decide this are, for example, reaction time, success rate, and synchronization with the brain. All Oridians are outfitted with at least C-rank Drives to make up for their physical incompetence. Terrans take very well to the Drives, despite its contradictory nature to their naturalistic nature, average being A-rank Drives. Animus’ natural instincts are equivalent to a rank B Instinct Drive. They do not use normally use them. It has been said that because of an anomaly in the brain of all Solaris, they synchronize so well with their drives they generally achieve X-rank Drives, making them deadly efficient warriors. Shame there’s only a tad left. Background of Terra: In the Oridian year 3477, astrologists reported sighting a large comet heading towards a neighboring planet. An event they focused on for quite a large amount of time. Predicting the exact location and effects this collision would have on the planet. In the year 3478, sixteen months after they reported the sighting of the comet, the collision occurred. Knocking the planet called Terra off of its orbit and sending it hurtling towards Orid. The Oridians, knowing the great amount of resources available on this planet took it into their hands to save them from sure destruction. Sending fleets of spacecraft to clean Terra’s atmosphere and create an artificial sky and sun. They also pulled the planet to their own orbit, making it an official “moon” of Orid. After stabilizing the planet, they were quick to colonize it and reap from it bountiful resources. So yeah, if you want in on this, join. This RP's story will be kept a secret from you now.  But what you may know is that this RP will take place 150-odd years after the initial colonization.

Xander, no. First of all, you'd be a bastard child if you were a mix of those two races, and wouldn't be at home anywhere. Second of all, no one can turn into stone in this RP. You can incase yourself in stone, but that's it.

Third of all, no royalty, everyone here is basic civilians with low to mediocre combat skill besides me and Xeios' characters. So, scrap the character. Make a new one or don't make one. Elara, the Animus are horrible at stealth. Just so you know.
