well indeed the odds of this coming about are slim, but we're not here to discuss the possibility of it happening but the pros and cons of its actuallity. And who said anything about slavery. you aren't a slave. you do your job and when you are done you leave. you are allowed to listen to anything you wish, read anything you want, but if you speak of committing a crime you will be punished, the punishment will be severe as to deter you from further thoughts of anarchy. and if you actually commit a crime you will be killed. Crime cannot be tolerated. I have never had the "rush" or "lust" to commit a crime. I don't want to, I talk about it a lot but i wouldn't go through with it. It seems that only the criminals would be against this...........phoenix is there something you'd like to tell the group lol jk. |

| A government controlled world. I completely support the idea as long as it's ran with an iron fist. and like i said before you will be closely watched and certain "gray areas" will be taken into consideration. i'm not saying "that man jay walked shoot him!" i'm saying tampering with evidence as a reason for a murderer not to be convicted won't work. your emails and texts will be read. your phone calls monitored. you will live in the shadow of big brother. and in exchange for these intrusions upon your privacy you will be granted a crime free socitety as for your situation involving the red light. there will still be courts and such but the process will move much quicker, because of the strict monitoring. I would trade my privacy for a world that's safer for my family in an instant. no doubts or second thoughts. | |||

| I absoultely detest the scarecrow! I hate drug addicts as villains (exception Bane). The only reason he's crazy is because he od's all the time and his plans are giving people anxiety attacks he doesn't lead towards anything. The Hatter is an okay villain, I mean when he's written by a competent author. Mr. Freeze is my LEAST FAVORITE VILLAIN OF ALL TIME!!!! he's just a depressed nerd who likes the cold. BTW change of my favorite villain finished cacophony. Onomonapia is a great villain! | |||

| The scarecrow is completely useless in The Long Halloween and the sequel who's name escapes me. He was only useful in showing batman's weak side when he was being controlled by Ra'as. Mr. Freeze is a man who is brilliant and could get any job that he'd ever want but continually decides to try his hand at crime, that's why i can't get behind him. Victor Zsasz was a rich man who lost everything (including his family) he sees the world filled to the brim with people who only exist they don't live so he releases them from their ball and chain lives. Onomonapia lives two lives which he seperates quite nicely. He kills those who break the law and goes home to his family. He is ruthless and cunning, and cold blooded. Beautifully written. | |||

That's why we're here, we humans i mean, i don't really know why you're here but, I want to fight." Kevin scanned the dirty city that he has been calling home for the past year. He knew its ins and outs let's hope that Phoenix wasn't as good as Kevin had heard. He slid his hand inside of his jacket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. "You got a light?" As he replaced the pack he removed a small handgun from his jacket and fired. | |||

| "Ah the ash thing I've heard about this." Kevin lifted his shirt to cover his mouth and nose. This was going to be a good fight he could feel it already. He opened his hand and focused on it, the air cooled down around him. the frost was beginning to form an orb in his palm. "Take this he pierced the ash with his icy blast. Kevin used this as a distraction to retreat. 'Get away from the ash you won't win in the ash' Kevin thought as he began formulating his next attack. As he ran he pulled another gun from his jacket. | |||

| Kevin shot at a storefront window and leapt inside. Best Buy, wonderful. Kevin worked quickly and fashioned a mask to help him see and breathe while in the mix of Phoenix's magic dirt. It was time to stop running, he turned and embraced the thick cloud as it engulfed him. With a speed unfitting of such a small man Kevin burst through the sea of darkness with one target in mind. Being a technopath had such wonderful side effects, Kevin leapt into the air and hurled a small metal container into the dust. the small piece of scrap bounced off of the ground. Kevin pushed himself forward using small bursts of heat to propel him. He scanned the ash for Phoenix and finally found his shape through the dust. Kevin stood and fired at Phoenix's torso. The hot metal screamed out of the barrel as it flew at its target. | |||

| Kevin saw the light from the fire as the cone rushed towards him. Instinct told him to run but his mind told him differently. He crouched down and changed his two guns into a long sleek blade. Then he leapt toward Phoenix his shoulders beginning to burn as the flames fell upon him. The cone of fire came from Phoenix's hand, Kevin decided to attack that! He burst forward pushing himself with the occult flames His blade soaring towards his opponent. | |||

| 'God he's better than I expected. He's thinking almost five moves in advance. But he's sloppy' Kevin thought as he reacted. The ash was forcing him to release his weapon, he no longer had any use for it anyway so he released it. The sword coming to his head was another matter. He couldn't afford to lose his helmet so he leapt forward and springboarded off of his own sword which was still hanging in the air, left in the clutches of Phoenix's ash. He was air born now not the best area to be in when fighting someone who can fly. Kevin reached into his jacket and removed a handgun and a small detonation device. He scanned the area and found that the small metallic orb he had thrown was now precariously close to Phoenix's foot. He winked at his enemy as he pressed down upon the button in his hand. | |||

| Kevin watched as below him the thick cloud of black ash grew bright red. "You're going to have to use more than heat to beat me buddy" as he finished speaking his body grew cold. More occultist magic, enough to keep Kevin's skin temperature the way it was even in the most arid and burning deserts. He then landed on the ground and pushed the cool air from his body. The outward exploding gust pushed the flaming debris away. Kevin ran around the next block and began preparing his next attack. As he rounded the corner he saw his discarded sword. He picked it up, changed it back into it's handgun state and entered an SUV left abandoned in the city. | |||

| Kevin stood on the sidewalk opposite of the burning SUV. "I didn't want to use it to run" Kevin breathed out the words as he shuffled blocking a small contraption behind him from Phoenix's view. Kevin placed his hand on another car willing it into a small pack that he slung around his back. He wiped off his glasses now coated with a thin layer of ash, and he rose into the air. "You aren't the only one who can fly." Kevin then morphed his two handguns into a single rifle. He shouldered the weapon and fired. The bullet was hurling itself towards Phoenix's stomach. |
