I read about the original version of Hell's Kitchen in the UK in Wikipedia. But I never actually watched it. |

I can only really give my opinion on the original British series, as that's all I've seen. I could watch the US version though... It's broadcast on ITV2 here. (ITV1 being the channel that hosted the UK version.  )
I usually only see small glimpses of it if my dad has it on, but it is funny watching people completely break down. |

For some reason I got really into last season, and I finally saw the season premiere when it re-played last night.
I can't believe how many people were quick to cry and how quickly they've already taken to backstabbing. Seriously, though, does Fox just weed out any of the chefs who have any real potential so that they get people who know a little about cooking in a professional kitchen and just fuck everything up so that he'll yell at them and get the ratings up? |
