In regards to the original question, before I turned 21 (our legal age in the U.S., specifically in California), I could drink ANYTHING and be completely fine. I'd never had to throw up, never had a hangover, I mixed drinks, drank too much and never had any problems. I'd only been buzzed a couple of times and maybe slurred one word in my life at that point. However, once I hit legality it seemed my constitution went to shit. Not that I get drunk, but my stomach just really hurts (as though I'm drinking on an empty stomach). It seems my drink of choice is also rum (and beer off and on). One night I had finished the equivalent of a bottle and a quarter, at a friend's party. There was Cap'n Morgan's. There was Tattoo, Private Reserve, and of course the bottle of Sailor Jerry's I'd brought. I don't drink near so much any more. The only times I ever really take to drinking are probably for social gatherings with close friends and, of course, Oktoberfest. Doing the Chicken Dance buzzed and giddy is SOOOOOO much fun. Especially while dancing with your liter stein.  |

I know it's not really supposed to be about the taste but I can't stand alcohol. ^^jjj I've never had more than a couple sips to try it in my life because I can't seem to get past the taste. lol But all well. |

Goldschlager with Lemon Juice is the godliest drink. I enjoy drinking. I really do. Beer or hard alcohol. It gets you drunk all the same. |

I normally Drink maybe twice a month.
But when I do, I can hold my Alcohol pretty well. But normally I drink moonshine with a little chaser. Has a strong kick to it, and it makes me blush pretty bad. |

I think a few nights ago a managed to drink half a bottle of rum. I like Captain Morgan's Tattoo, but lately I've just been drinking straight rum. I can hold my own when it comes to alcohol, wine has the tendency to get to me, and beer makes me sick if I drink too much. |

hmm. I've been told I can hold my liquor but they made really weak drinks. >.>
I like gatorade and vodka at home but I have done 10 irish carbombs in one night. |

How often do you drink alcohol and how much do you drink when you do?
I've just realised I don't drink much alcohol at all... Mainly due to the taste/aftertaste. The ONLY alcoholic drink I can drink is a Snowball. AND it's one of my all around favourite drinks too.  |
