No offense or anything, but I think Aaroniero Arruruerie from Bleach was one of the worst serious villains. I mean he had all of the power to do it and everything and he was a pretty awesome character... but

I mean, he has the bankai of 33,650 of hollows... But he doesn't use it!! He just swings Nejibana (Kaien's zanpakutō ) around instead.... |

^This guy, from Bleach. Filler villains for the lose. He looked lame, and was so utterly pointless (because y'know, filler). An entire arc dedicated to this guy and his intense lackeys, and they all get their asses handed to them once they reach Soul Society. Yeah, awesome job guys.  |

Jessie and James were both the best and the worst villains in anything, ever. However, their rivals Butch and Cassidy got even lamer during Pokemon Chronicles. Plus, they're not particularly good characters to beign with. At least when Jessie and James blast off again for the fifty-thousandth time it's still funny. |

Dude. Gauron hijakced a plane filled with kids and threatened to kill them all, and had an amazing AS with that Lambda Drive. He wouldn't die. Also, he convinced Sousuke's closest friend to kill Sousuke. He's a physical and psychological terrorist of the highest caliber. But, whatever...
Lame anime villains? Does Naraku count? I mean, all he does is run away at every opportunity. |

This is easy, for me Gauron from Full Metal Panic! comes to mind. This guy was just a flatout idiot, I hated everything about him. He looked stupid, he wasn't cunning, you think he dies 3-4 times throughout the series (what's worse I hear he's in The Second Raid, ugh damnit) ...
That was probably my biggest complaint with the series, the villian was just so utterly lame. So basically, which characters do you think just failed on all levels at being a villian? |
