I hate guns so my take on the issue is already obvious. Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine didn't help much at all. I agree he was an asshole.

I loved listening to the Kevin & Bean show Monday morning when they did the Call from Heaven from him. Apparently guns are not allowed in Heaven, so he just points his finger at the angels and says "bang".
Honestly, sad that he is gone but the guy was a complete asshole. |

I didn't really watch many of his movies(only The Ten Commandments and Planet of the apes), but it's sad that he died.

Heh, last time I read anything on the NRA was in high school, and he stepped down in 2003. Figures.
Anyway... Ben-Hur had its moments. When I was a little kid, I used to put in the second tape of it (since it used to come in a box set of two tapes), and just watch the chariot race, then turn the movie off. |

Charlton Heston hasn't been president of the NRA in about 4-5 years.
Shame, though. I just finished watching Ben-Hur in Latin class on Friday. Terrible movie. |
