Bump, I got the Puppy Paw stick and started duping items. Let's just say I have like 10 Cosomo Infinity with super maxed out Stats. lvl 200, staticians, etc.
Have not got the Baal Sword yet, I have no luck in getting it. Least I got Fists to go through the item world with ease. Oh yeah, and I do about 280M damage. So he is pretty kick ass at the moment. And Laharal is 2nd best. |

Yours Kills mine. On the PSP version at least.
I tried taking a pic of it using my PS3, but its blurry as hell. So Ill share the pic and see what you think of it. Stats are: Rarity: 4 Lvl: 100 (Dont think you can get to 200 due to level orbs) Pop. 16/16 HP: 18100 Sp: 18100 Atk: 77608 ******* Def: 18100 Int, Spd, Hit, Res: 18100 Manager: 10840 Statistican: 10840 Broker: 10840 Armsmaster: 10840 The rest are bullshit and therefore not perfect. But its as best as I could do. I do have three Super Robo Suits attached to Laharal, all of which are serious shit. Too lazy to type out all of the stats. Ill prolly make a video or something soon about it. Yeah, your Yoshi is out of this freaking world. But my Laharal was rebirthed as a Genius and is currently at level 1221. Atk: 1,432,972 It can whipe out Prinny Baal in one hit so long as I steal his items. Here is the Image, but its barely readable. Like totally. |

No I ment like: Either the item world is super easy, or crazy hard in terms of levels.
Edit- Just got the guide. Thankfully, there is a leveling stage, but one huge problem. It only benefits Mages, as they have the 3X3 skill zone needed to wipe out the monsters in one hit. However, Other classes can benefit from it, so long as there is more than one character, and its all within the player's first turn. Also, learned the Item world trick, Heavy Knights work wonders. You can totally skip a stage just by throwing characters. I am such a noob, ive been FIGHTING them. |

I really cant see how people level like crazy yet on this game (Item world). Then again, I have not seen 100% as of yet, so who knows?
I will get the guide tomorrow, I just want it to do as the guide promises "Stomp everyone". That and I like to collect them. |

From what I've seen this time around, people seem to use the item world early on to get ridiculous levels.
As for me, I'm on chapter 4. Damn I love Blast Finger (boosted a few times). Also, the combination skill Virgin Finger has... an interesting name. But honestly, this game is so damn good. |

About to fight the seniors of the Demon Acadamy, learned a new skill in preparation of the fights ahead, but the battles are puzzling, but not -- of course unbeatable. Best place to train is on the Crossroad's in Chapter 1. Its not the best place to train, but raise the monster difficulty up and its a cakewalk to earn XP and Mana points early on in the game. Have not really attempted the item world, I am gonna save that until late in the game like I usually do. Sure it is great to level up your items, but cmon, I want to see how this story ends. If I really need to do it, I will. Maybe on my second playthrough I will whomp ass in the item world, but now I will do as I said I will do. Also, I did not really do the schools like I should, a 47% approval rate on the subjects while sacrificing valuable items I do not wish to afford, maybe later. |

Mao can rival Laharl as a main character, I guess that says alot.
I'm still on Chapter 1 since I had school + work today. But Mao's father is hilarious. |

I don't know what to say about this series. On one hand it's probably the most fun SRPG I've ever played, the characters are always great and I absolutely love the humor, but on the other hand the games feel so endless that the experience ends up becoming a little dry for me and I just lose satisfaction (if that makes sense). I mean, you can just keep leveling endlessly which is cool, but it only keeps my interest for so long ...
Still I can't dismiss the fact that I spent 50 hours on the second game and felt like I had barely scratched the surface of the game. I guess they're just too long for me. But I would certainly be interested in checking this out if I had a PS3. |

This game is crazy nuts. Right now Mao is at level 43, with the rest of the team dragging behind at level 23-ish. Had to train at this one spot for awhile and raise the monster levels. Chapter 3.
Hopefully they have those Uber training areas, on the PSP version it was called Cave of Ordeal 4. Max out Monster levels, gain like 1000 levels on the first get go. If they have it on this one, Ill cream my pants. Also, Laharal makes a return, that wasnt...expected. How far are you Darkslaya? Edit- Mao was the guy's name. His english dubbing is alright, not the best thing in the world, but still good. |

Being a fan of the Disgaea series, I had to pick this game up today. So far, its pretty good, though some of the rules have been changed.
Instead of going to the Dark Counsel, there is school. Which the depth of skills and other things are taken into consideration. You still bribe schoolmates like the counsel, but you also join clubs to gain a bit of benefits. Also, you buy skills now, which is neat; you can also power them up. Which is even better. So far, this game on the PS3 is looking to be a great RPG title, I know Darkslaya has to get this. Lemmie tell you, its great. And with the new 2.5 Screencapping update coming soon, Ill be able to share the stats of each character I have... ...granted its gonna take months to get 932874982749127349127478 damage...Cant wait! |
