There's a new series for it too, Birdy Decode. Only seen one episode so far but it seems cool ... not too big on the character designs though, especially Birdy's redesign. I like her OVA look a lot more.

Eh, I've heard terrible things about this one... I do want to give it a shot sometime though...

Yeah, Japan did wonders with the WitchBlade series... but I can't think of when America did something of Japan's off the top of my head (except perhaps those God-awful Resident Evil movies). |
