**sigh** I don't exactly. I have one in school that ALWAYS has a crowd it seems...and one at home that is as picky as my pancreas. Sometimes it decides it likes me, and sometimes it doesn't.
I have a few more that I'll be putting up. Then Ima take 'em all and finish 'em up. These are all in the lineart stage, and that first one was just warm-up anyway. I must say, I have gotten A LOT faster. Like I said, not calling myself the greatest out there, but I've never been able to produce something like this in the short amount of time that I did. I work my ass off and finally feel like it's getting somewhere. Needless to say, it's awesome.  |

Thanks guys. I'll be coloring them/adding more. Well, maybe not the first one. I always need a warm-up piece just to get into drawing.
Right now I'm working on a few more pieces like these too, then I'ma just transfer them to new paper (To keep the originial artwork) and color/add the value. |

First time I think I'm posting work since...well, in a while.  This is now, almost a year into art school now. These are primitive sketches though, the first I spent about 15 minutes on, the second about a half hour on. So...don't be fooled into expecting anything spectacular.
What I HAVE gotten better with, however, is the speed in which I can work, and if that's the only talent I have improved upon, well, it's better than nothing. 
As you can see, these are NOT my own original work. I looked at these images from FFIX, and just copied them. (A lot different than tracing though) **shrugs** S'just another skill I'm working on. To be able to to what it is that is expected of me (I hear that's how one gets hired continuously by clients. XD ) That, and fanart is just fun.
(Edit: The first was just practice, and I can even point out it's many flaws, but by all means, critique. The second, however, had a little more work put into it. I intend to get a lot better than I am, and I can't do that without input, so keep constructive criticism in mind please. ) |
