| Kyoku kun Posts: 1124/1329 | This started in Berkley and I almost went to see it. I'm amazed it went to Broadway, wow.. Did anyone see it? Is it worth seeing? |
| True Flight Posts: 3943/5245 | Well... this would be offensive Xeo but think of Rent but Punk. |
| Xeoman Posts: 8231/11759 | I think it's pretty awkward for a band of their style to think they really are that old... weird. |

Granted all the Beatles musicals came before the Rock Band game... I'd actually love to see a Metallica musical. They worked pretty well with the symphony. |

| Cairoi Posts: 3372/3807 | Green Day is a bunch of 40 year old dudes trying to remember how hard it was being 16. |
| Elara Posts: 5542/9736 | o.O Well, that is certainly interesting... I always figured if a rock band was going to turn an album into a broadway show it would be Pink Floyd with The Wall or something. |
| True Flight Posts: 3941/5245 | What is this antidisestablishmentarianistic peice? O.O American Idiot on Broadway Part of me wants to see it. I got the album to check it out and it's waaaaaay better than the original. They even redid 21 Guns. O.o I know everyone is tired of hearing about Green Day this and Green Day that... But BROADWAY?! O_o Wooooow.... It's a good to hear a chick singing "Letterbomb", "Dearly Beloved", and "21 Guns". I might make my hubby go to it. He hates Green Day but this is pretty cool. It's about a bunch of kids. It seems they want people to understand them. Seems like Green Day wanted someone understand their egotistical lives. |
