For example, today, I just spent about two hours doing small quests just to unlock a certain outfit.

I haven't even touched the multiplayer, and its already worth the $60 bucks for me, its well worth it.

So basically, Fable and Oblivion fused together with a shit load of steroids and a hint of badass? I like it. Maybe love, but i'd have to play first.

And I agree with you, Xeo. If its comparable to Mass Effect 2, I'm all in.

Now if only I had a job...

EDIT: Dude, it says Phoenix underneath. I love you, Cairoi.

The towns are appropriately sized, but there's no san andreas sized towns. Guys, the game is worth the 60 dollar price tag, multiplayer or not. The story is amazing, the miniquests are fun, and simply playing the game doing nothing is fun. Best 360 game since Mass Effect 2.

That is probably still my game of the year... heh. So that's a bold comparison.

Does the game have big towns throughout?

I wonder if it kind of has the vibe of that countryside island in San Andreas... (the one with the mountains).

I still think I'd love this game either way, but if it had some nice big towns that'd be awesome. I've got it pretty high on the list for Gamefly now.

Let me also mention that my only option to play my Xbox 360 is on my computer monitor. Sure, it looks absolutely gorgeous but on the other hand, super tinny and crackly audio that cuts out for 5 seconds if there's no sound coming through them. One small pause in the audio, then BAM, you don't hear anything for 5 seconds and it slowly fades back in.

Also, I can just borrow it from Gaara when he's done with it!

I got to play it at Gaara's place, I really enjoyed what I played but I don't think that it's worth the $59.99 price tag, mostly because I wouldn't get the online capability that comes with it.

So as of right now, the only thing I can think of that I CAN'T do in this game, is hire prostitutes (or, indeed, anything sexual), and that's explained by the story.

But seriously, I've pointed a gun at someone and had him give me money and run. O_o. This game is freaking insane.

We should form a Xeogaming posse one night on multiplayer. Stake our claims on live as a gang that means business!

Also, I got an achievement for lassoing a woman and laying her on the train tracks to watch her be crushed. Great minds, man.

Got it, and I've got one very important piece of information for you all.

Apparently, if you accidently run over a damsel in distress, with a horse, while saving her from wolves, you kill her.

I was saving that bounty money for poker matches and beer! I'm done saving these women!

xD, seriously though, freaking awesome game.

XD To each their own I guess.

In any case, I normally do not care too much for games like these...and when a new racing game comes out the same day as any other title? I'd put on the new racing game even if it came down to playing that first, or say, Final Fantasy (should they ever come out on the same day.)

Well, I did just that, which is why I haven't gotten to play the game until today. Still not my favorite type of game, but...it's pretty damn badass.

The first one was hella fun. This doesn't sound anything like it though. GTA with horses or something?

I'll probably rent it for some good times.

Yeah, come to think of it that could be why I didn't pay a lot of attention to this one... did not like the first at all, lol. But this looks 10x better.

Man, I wasn't really following this game up until ... now. Doesn't make a lot of sense because I've always been a huge fan of the GTA games, and my friends are saying this game improves upon a lot of GTA's faults and cliche's. Now, I need it! I definitely need to check this one out.

I'm really excited for LA Noire as well.
