The movie was really bad, but I still enjoy the books. He has interesting ideas. I thought he wrote quite well considering the first book was written when he was fifteen. I didnt think the third one was too badly written, but I do see what you mean, Vulkar. He tried a bit too hard when writing the story, but I still like the outcome. |

Honestly, I enjoyed the Eragon books. I don't have much to say about them right now. But I'm not really looking forward to reading the three books again once the fourth book comes out.
It's nice, enjoyable and not TOO complicated or naive. |

I read Eragon. Saw the movie. Threw up. End of story. Don't get me wrong it was good. The movie was just SO bad that I can never read another book by that author again. I know, it sounds silly, and I normally do not make decisions like that. It is what it is though.
What kind of books do you read that aren't Eragon? |

I've read the first two, and a bit of Brsingr, but I sort of lost interest there, ecause Brsinger seemed like he was using a thesaurus for almost every other word.
That said though, I'll probably pick it up again eventually, just to see if all my predictions are correct. |

There isnt exactly a place for books here, but I figure this is the best spot for it than anywhere else.
Who reads the Inheritance Cycle? (Eragon, Eldest, Bringr) I am waiting very impatiently for the next book and think I may kill someone if it doesnt come out soon. |
