From what I've seen from people who've complained that you do/don't see this costume in the series, the American version of "Air Gear" has the straps costume digitally covered with a black bikini.
Thanks for the identifying, guys. Funny, I remember seeing that figure a long ass time ago, but didn't remember it offhand when I first saw her costume. |

So at Anime Expo this weekend, a few people I sat in lines with or talked to mentioned a cosplayer wearing nothing but straps as her costume (there were TONS of nearly naked girls at the con this year). Anyway, I assume this is the person they are talking about since none others I have seen have nothing but straps going across their chest like she.
