Keep your head up dude, good things come to good people in the end. You just have to be patient. I've known you for a long time, and I know you are a good person, you just have to wait for the right one. I'll be realistic with you...you're kind of an oddball. But if you look at all our friends, we all are, really. You just have to wait for someone to come along that not only accepts you for who you are, but embraces it. I'm not exactly Hitch, and as you know, I should be the last person to give relationship advice at the moment, but I firmly believe that if you stay true to yourself, and don't try to be what you think other people (especially girls) want you to be, that you'll find the right person. Whether it's sooner or later, who knows, but isn't the right person worth waiting for? |

You're young. Don't feel all the pressure of finding a girlfriend, love or any of that yet.
Girls your age tend to swing toward the good-looking assholes at first, who'll treat them poorly because they think they're god's gift. Over time, they meander toward the nice ones with steady employment who make them laugh. What you should do is go to college, join a club, and be yourself. Make friends with girls, but don't become "the brother" figure. Seriously, you're what... 18? And fresh out of high school? Loneliness sucks, but when you get out there it won't seem so bad. I am not the best looking guy around, but i still feel that I'm not the worst. this is not me fishing for complements btw, I just don't understand how obvious dicks and fuckheads and draped in women who have brains but, me (a guy with most of his shit together) is left out to dry. i'm lonely and it sucks a big one, maybe you guys could comment on how you are either also lonely or if you have gotten over being lonely. that could work! |
