Originally posted by Nelrith Oh hell no, Oregon is far enough away... how would I pester you in New Zealand? I have a lot of old photos I would take, and books, and a few cherished knickknacks that I would be sad to lose, so I would add those to the list. Stuff to make the new place feel like home, ya know. I had to deal with this when I moved last year, though I obviously had more room to deal with... but I still had to leave a lot behind. Like Sorcha said though, if you do forget something, family can mail it super easy. Except the cat, obviously. |

Did you remember to add "Smuggle Nelrith" onto the list? |

You'll find out when you leave. Call relatives to send it to you. |

If you were moving to another country? What would you want to take, something manageable and material (unfortunately I can't take my cat), if you were moving to another country? It doesn't have to be a necessity like clothes or toiletries, and don't say anything like computer or iPod or anything like that, because it's a given, I think.
The reason for this, is that I'm starting to pack (I'm leaving in less than a month!!!), and I feel like the list I've created is missing something. Something essential. The pressure is on, and I'm super excited about all of this! :D |
