Seriously though, this is disgusting. I don't care if it's in the deep south, or the state that just recently got around to officially ratifying the 13th Amendment... this is disgusting and wrong. Now, I don't know if the guy they arrested is guilty of the murder or just grand theft auto, but I want the person that did it to be caught and seriously punished. People need to know, especially in a hotbed of racism and bigotry like Mississippi, that this kind of behavior is NOT okay. |

Yeah, while it is really awful, it's not very surprising honestly.
Still, it is a shame. From what I recall, they said that they think the killer may have had some relation to him, whether it be friend, etc., but it wasn't confirmed at all, mostly just speculation. With stuff like this happening, I doubt this ignorance and blind hate will go away any time soon.  |

It happened in Mississippi. While I'm sure many people are going, "Well what did he expect doing that there?" it still doesn't excuse that this violent act is heinous and the perps should be brought to justice. |
