No, that's not waht I mean.

Alaskan Malamutes look pretty mean, and they're very loyal one-man(or woman) dogs.

But I have never seen my dog actually aggressivly attack someone. Sure, he's growled, but that's as far as it went. He's strong, smart, and nice to people. Once he ran at someone on the sidewalk, then pulled my dad over. He wanted to get pet by that peson oddly enough.

Have you heard the civil court charges on the fact that someone's dog attacked someone?

The world's such a stupid place now that I have to deal with the fact I can be sued for anything too. It's gotten so bad that someone broke into a family's house with a garage. The garage automatically locked and the family was gone for like a week because they were on vacation. (the guy lived off of dog food) Anyway the family comes back and finds out that there was someone in the garage. They called the cops and the guy sued the family for keeping him in the garage. AND WON.

So I'm worried about civil cases about big dogs. XD

I would say no to that, if that dog attack a person braking in, yeah it would keep you safe, but a big dog like that could do a lot of damage to someone, which that person can then sue you and get your dog put down. Especially if this person opened the gate the dog charged at it and the fight was out in the street.

Not too sure if them rules/laws apply for over there but they do here. And if you do get a dog, don’t put up a sign saying dangerous dog or guard dog or something, cause then your responsible or any harm that dog does to someone on your property.

No, I'm not talking about a small dog, I'm talking about a huge one like an Alaskan Malamute. I have one, and he looks mean enough to keep anyone out. However, he's nice once you realize his growls arn't aggressive, it's just the way he acts.

Yeah, there a must have, unless you want it easier for a robber to brake in

And True, you should have the right to put a restraining order on this person, or get the police to come down and help out.

Well, if she hasn't come back since then you really can't do anything. If she does come back though, then you have grounds to get the restraining order... you just have to point that out to them.

The thing is... She hasn't come back. So I can't do anything. So yeah... It just sucks when you can't do anything. I'm of the age where I can donate my blood but I just can get my parents to notice that this psycho needs a restraining order.

Anywho, there is the good ol' restraining order, or having her arrested for tresspassing or breaking and entering if she actually gets inside the house.

Have you tried letting the police know of this, I mean they should at least be able to do something about it. I would be really scared though.

I have to carry two keys around with me, one for the screen door and the other for the main door. But it doesn’t really bother me that much, I think because I’ve gotten used to it.

I have to use two keys just to get into my house now.

It started out with my mom's ex friend coming over to this house looking for her so called "stalker" Earl. Poor guy. He was beaten with a stick by here. ANYWAY the way we solved it is that we have to constantly put up a lock on the gate. You know it's trouble enough for me to step out and remember my keys. Now I have to go up to the bus stop lock the gate and make it to the bus all in one sitting.

I'm sick and tired of this psycho coming to my house and trying to get in. GOD it sucks to be stuck in this house and watch people come up to my gate and pull the lock thinking that they can get in.

It makes me suspicious that people are breaking in my house constantly. Just to get on my nerves.
