DarkBASIC and FPS Creator are not free *cough*crack*cough* and unless you know all the DB language and can type at over 3500 letters a second, you have absolutely NO chance of making a game in DB in minutes
and this list is nowhere near complete... what about Game Maker, RPG Maker 2000/2003/XP? Fury2?
