I've had and still have a Business Premier account with PayPal, so I'm not charged on transactions fees but rather on totals fees, which is actually 2% of total sale. Not bad for me. I'd actually be wasting money if I moved, and PayPal is trusted by more people online...a key marketing point for my company.
I'd like to be an early adopter, but my company thrives on sales through PayPal, so it's not going to happen anytime soon. But, I guess for the everyday consumer, it's a good thing. Still, PayPal preferred for me. I joined PayPal long before it was bought up by eBay, so it's changed for the better over the years. |

So paypal takes 5% of transactions, eh? Never knew that. I suppose it's in micro print. |

Cool, sounds interesting, though I don't really see a need right now for a paypal account unless I wanted to buy something over the net |

Thanks to one of my many friends, he has showed me this new paypal like service. It is cheaper for transactions ($1 per transaction, rather than 5% of the transaction or whatever paypal is) and you get $25 free for signing up. You have to put in a promocode (which is someone else's username basically) so put in ryjet911 and you can sign up. Get other people to sign up using your promocode and you get $5 for every person. That ends this post |
