Some vans off the wall the reason I love these shoes so much is there comfortable as all hell 2 years of wearing them in but there in pretty bad condition right now had to use duct tape on the bottom of the shoes. | ||||||||||||||||

I wear expensive, 80-100 dollar shoes...
Fallen, skate shoes. They're the most comfortable shoes you will ever wear, trust me! Plus, they look good... and they come in camo! | ||||||||||||||||

i have a pair of 14 eye black steel toe docs i got when we still had money, and if i'm not wearing those it's either a pair of thrashed green Vans TNT's or a pair of leopord convers high tops, depends on the pants... | ||||||||||||||||

That's true about the waterproof thingie with the trash bags...I used to do stuff like that when I was little and went out to play in the snow. 
What kinda sets me off are people like my little sister. She has like 10 pairs odf shoes that she bought within this year alone...okay, fine...but they're all 50$+ shoes. **shrugs** I honestly can see buying an expensive pair of shoes...foot care is more important than people realize actually...and it all depends on where you live or what kind of job you have or something...ya know? Like my brother-in-law has to buy 75$+ boots once a year, sometimes even more depending on how good of a pair he gets, but he's an iron worker and needs them. Other than that he wears 10$ shoes, that he gets over a year out of them because he takes care of them. Other than that, like just to stay with trends, or for no apparent reason...I just don't see the point in buying 50$ shoes.... | ||||||||||||||||

Normally ill wear Nike shocks. I find them to be extremely comfortable. Although seeing as I’m in Hawaii right now I’m wearing my sandals everywhere. Comfortable as they may be I still love my shocks. | ||||||||||||||||

Plastic trash bags make good water proof boots... I did that once in Calaveras... there was this massive puddle outside of the door to my camper, we used trash bags and duct tape over our feet to get across it to get dressed for faire. | ||||||||||||||||

i agree you just need one or two at the max pairs of shoes at a time. i just dont get it sometimes when someone has a pair of shoes for each outfit that they own. havnt you heard of mixing it up a little. me i have 1 pair of shoes which are my osiras's and then i have a pair of blue flip flops for those get up and go moments when i dont have that much time to put on and tie my shoes | ||||||||||||||||

Everyone needs only one maybe two pairs of shoes. Me I have one pair of sneakers and a pair of sheepskin boots for when it is cold. I also have a pair of tan leather boots for during ren-faire, but those don't count... they are for a single purpose. | ||||||||||||||||

I remember the day when I wore an old pair of nikes to school and I was declared the geek of the school. Then I came in with a pair of K-Swisses on and then I was declared the coolest person to come around. I remember wanting soap shoes to grind down rails on. | ||||||||||||||||
