I was in the play my sophomore year and it was a really fun and kickass show to do. The musical score is wonderful! Then again, it's Andrew Lloyd Webber. So yeah... 
I have yet to see the movie version of this show though. **shrugs** |

Was it the curly, blond-haired Jesus PBS-special version?
It's kinda sad. I should probably have seen this, especially since I collect movies like Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter and such. Though I haven't seen it, I sometimes get that song stuck in my head, but since I don't know what they're saying it usually comes out as, "Jesus Christ, Superstar.. who in the hell do you think you are?" |

I watched Jesus Christ Superstar the other day, to test our new surrouned sound. I really enjoyed it, it was a fun flick. Full of singing, some good songs, and Religious factoids along with raising some debate. Overall a good movie to watch. Also, the whole thing is singing. No "talking", every scene is a song.
The way everything looked was neat. Romans had tanks.  
Spoiler: One thing it raised, that Christians apparently didn't enjoy: Jesus questioning 'God', and his "plan". |
