Clicking on the .wav file above plays the sentence, "It should be 'pack each skat!'". It also plays it backwards, producing the sentence, "XGF is the shit!". Technically, language is so manipulative in audible form that it is highly possible to create a sentence (like I did) to say what you want it to say when played backwards. The sentence might be a little skewed, but to the trained ear or a determined weirdo, it'll produce what was intended. |

Dude, anyone can get almost every song backwards and say theres subliminal messages behind it...I mean, If you look up the Poke' Rap song backwards, it sounds like theyre saying "Hail Satan" three times....
I heard that and I thought it was a load of bulloney... Look up "Hit me baby one more Time" by brittany spears....sounds like shes saying "Please sleep with me, im not too young" o.O? |

I've seen (and heard) this many times before. I think someone's really grasping at straws on a lot of it.

Whether they put it there on purpose, you gotta give it to the Bible-thumping holy-roller that actually played the record backwards, looking for yet another away to condemn rock-and-roll. What a lackluster life that person has. Granted Led Zep could do and get away with a lot of things, but the king of purposefully-putting-secret-messages-in-songs goes to Pink Floyd for "Empty Spaces". That and other can be heard here. |

Led Zeppelin probably did intentionally put it there, if you know the band, you know their history, it doesn't seem that odd at all.
As for looking for secret messages, yes I do look, but I don't care. Its the sounds the instruments played backwards that interest me. |

IMHO this backwards message stuff is garbage. Bands dont intentionally try to put these in there, it just happens, how were they supposed to know?
People who listen to songs backwards just to find stupid messages need a life. They got my mom beliveing in all this shit... |
