Hey man, animal planet fucking rocks. When I first read the thread title though, it soudned like Cairoi has given birth to kittens and was very nonchalant about it. Congrats I think, I think it's be awesome to watch any animal give birth  (is that weird?). |

When they're first born, their ears and eyes don't work. All they know is their mom. Eventually it all comes back to them and that's when they're able to give away. Isn't that odd? |

Well, official count is 3 kittens. I think we're keeping one, and giving the other two away. They're sleeping in a box in my attic's expansive closet that stretches around the entire room...I tried to tell them they would be ninja cats, but my incredibly knowledgable 9 year old brother informed me they were both blind and deaf.

Catd just have pride, dogs don't. Cats can be taught just as easily, one even dialed 911 when its owner was dying.
However, must keep on the subject at hand. Cairoi, you and your family need to find a room. Inside that room block all air conditioner or heater verts on the floor, and keep the door closed. Also, have a chair or something similiar so that the mother can escape the kittens when she wants, but keep the door closed at all times! The floor should also not be carpet. Next, when they are around five weeks old, get a large cage for them, put them in it, and put it on the floor. The space between the bars should be small, but make sure that there is no roof so that the mother can escape. That is your instructions. Also, when my cat had kittens, she had them on top of a book called "Having babies the Natural Way". This was for some weird reason under my younger sisters bed. |

I was actually attacked by a Rot Riler in 5th grade. Luckily the thing didn't tear my arm off, but I've got a full "mouth bite" scar on my right arm, that's still easy to see to this day.

Yeah, our cat just up and started giving birth a few hours ago. My mom was thinking she was pregnant for a while now, but I had trouble believing it until I saw the blood and babies. X[
Well, it looks like a good possibility that Katana's neice is getting a kitten. Yeah, I'll post pictures once I get a working digital camera. |
