Well this was ironic:
I IM'd a friend from high school to ask what was up and without any questions asked beforehand he replies with, "James' AIM is ima**************" 
Nothing personal, just protecting the innocent if some crazy decides to just randomly IM him.  |

I dont know exactly if the school is allowed to reviel personal information about graduated students. But have you tried asking the school on any contact numbers on the students you are trying to get in contact with?
Im not exactly sure if theres anything else you can try, either that or if you know where they live, you can look up their numbers in the yellow pages or something... :: Shrugs :: Hope my information was useful... |

I've been trying to find ways to get in contact with a few friends from my high school and junior high days, but have been having trouble tracking them down.
I even went searching on MySpace just to see if they have profiles, but to no avail. I have a Classmates.com account, but it's really no use since you have to pay to get ANY information on your former classmates, and it tends to be people's e-mail accounts they don't use any more (since most people who are on Classmates joined right after graduating and then forgot about their accounts, it tends to be flooded with current high school freshmen). The profiles are also pretty useless since they have the same stupid, general questions with answers you have to select and not write in your own, and if you don't have a paying account you'd really want to know more about your old friends than "What do you do with your free time," current relationship status, and how your friend feels about having children. Anyone have any other recommendations? I also tried Google'ing them to see if anything came up. P.S. I do realize how lame it can be to try and track down people from your past (especially when it comes to high school), but I've been wondering what these people have been doing and I'd hate for too much time to pass before we get to ages where we can't just drop everything and see each other. I'd heard from a friend of a friend of a friend that one of the people I'm trying to reach recently lost his father and I'd like to get in touch with him. |
