Holy shit, someone else listens to Tom Waits on this board? I would've never guessed it, I've always been too scared to make a thread about him. Gargling shrapnel is a perfect way of explaining his voice, but on some songs his voice can be really awesome... its actually refreshingly different. I've got three albums I think, Nighthawks at the Diner, Blood Money, and Alice (Alice is my favorite of the three). |

This guy is my new hero in the piano/singing department. He has the raspeist voice ever, to the point where it sounds like he's gargling shrapnel. Lots of his music is pre-rock creepy vaudeville stuff. |
