Well, if I may be so bold, what storyline do you have planned? Kinda hard to start an RP without a storyline
Interesting concept though.

Ok...though I sound like a 'tard...I'll say it anyway...this is a vampire/beastie thread.
there are several sets of rule thingys...each for a different species...as follows:

Vampire Rules
1. Vampires are *not* all-powerful, they can indeed by slain, and can be slain in such a way that they cannot be brought back to life. At least, not by their own will.
2. Crosses do *not* ward off vampires, or burn them if touched with one. Garlic does not ward vampires off either.
3. Vampires *cannot* go out in direct sunlight.
4. Vampires *can* embrace humans, turning them into a vampire also, but they can drain them of their blood without doing so. (Note: To embrace a human, you must first drain a small amount of their blood, then allow them to drink of yourself.)
5. Vampires can change into one of four things. An owl, mist, a wolf or a cat. However, in their cat and wolf forms they have two tails, and are considerably larger, stronger, more agile and of course more intelligent then a normal owl, cat or wolf.
6. Vampires and humans *can* have offspring, which become "daywalkers". They lust for blood, as do vampires, but can control such urges. They are immortal, but can be killed (and kept that way) far easier than a vampire.
7. If a vampire simply has a stake drove through their heart, the simple removal of such an item can bring them back to life. To truly destroy a vampire you must first drive a stake through their heart (though it be wood, metal, or whatever have you), their head must then be severed and buried separate from the body, then their limbs must be torn from the body and burned in four separate bonfires, and the limbs *must* be burned with milk thistle, or the ashes may be collected, the head found, and the stake removed, and the vampire will once again walk the earth.
8. If a vampire wishes to no longer be so, they must kill their sire, but in most cases the master vampire is more powerful, as only a fraction of their power is handed down in those born of him/her.

Daywalker Rules
1. Daywalkers are those born from one Vampire parent and one Human parent, while they lust for blood, the urges * can * be controlled, and they will not die without blood.
2. Daywalkers *can* however drain the blood from humans, killing them just as potently as any vampire.
3. Daywalkers *cannot* sire vampires, or daywalkers, in the way vampires can. But if they allow a human to drink of their blood, that human will crave blood for the rest of their days. However, they shall do so without the benefit of deathly sharp canines, and immortality.
4. Daywalkers are unaffected by sunlight, as vampires are, but most still tend to live in the shadow of night.
5. Daywalkers are often torn between their two halves, part of them urging them to take mortal life, the other begging them not to. They are *very* prone to multiple personality disorder, and many are very lost individuals, with no real goals in life. Though, this is not true for the entire race.
6. Daywalkers *can* morph into a wolf, cat, mist or an owl, as vampires can. The same strength, agility, and intelligence applying to them, also. But they *cannot* change humans into werewolves by biting them in wolf form.
Werewolf Rules
1. Werewolves can *only* be created if a Vampire, in wolf form, bites a Human.
2. Werewolves * cannot* control when they morph, and do so when the moon is full whether they wish to or not.
3. Werewolves *can* become human again, by killing the Vampire that sired them.
4. Werewolves and Vampires do *not* get along. Werewolves loath them for changing them into such beasts, and Vampires think them lower than themselves. Very rarely do they befriend each other.
5. Werewolves can be killed as any creature can; there are no special rituals to destroy them. They are not immortal, and age as Humans do.
6. Werewolves cannot sire other werewolves, only Vampires can. So, Werewolves are a little on the rare side, as most Vampires will avoid the creation of one at *almost* any cost.
Psychic/Magical Ability Rules
1. Psychic abilities one has since birth, while magical abilities are learned, usually from a some sort of tutor.
2. No one is all-powerful, if you wish to make a psychic/magic user character it *must* be reasonable.
