You should talk to your student life adminsitrator, or perhaps go to the dean/president of the college. They can tell you how to become officially recognized as a club. At my college all you have to do is get a petition of 3 other people and fill out a sheet and you are officially recognized. If you dont really want to be officially recoginized, then go by word of mouth and meet someplace on campus. I would say the library since it is big and quite, perfect for concentrating on Go.
If you know anyone who can drive, maybe find a Barnes and Nobles that has a large coffee shop in it and you can see if you can carpool there and play. But yeah. talk to the dean of the school or the president (or even their assistant). They should tell you how to get officially started! |

Desroth and I had a little talk about having an Go Club at our college (he go to somewhere else instead of the same college) and well... - I forgot my Go Board at home. - My RA (Resident Assistance) doesn't know what or how to get a club going. (Geez, and I thought they are suppose to be helpful!) - I don't know how to get started. - I don't have any more Go Board games so I don't know what to do now. Well, other then that, I need some inputs on what to do at this moment so if you need to add in anything, do it now. (P.S. the paper will have white background, the color kept messing up for some reasons.) |
