I believe that Rugby also doesn't require much in the way of padding as opposed to American football.
But yes... this is why I happily stay indoors with a computer. |

all i know is that a wet soccer ball in the groin while wearing water drenched shorts on a cold rainy day doesnt feel good. |

Cairoi, all I can say is "Frozen Cheesesteaks." XD
the poconos is so much fun, I hope we can go again next year. That'd be sweet. Maybe I'll get in trouble again by "leading on" four seperate girls(apparantly) and having them all meet on the same day so the weird goth-ish girl wants to punch me in the face. |

It's similar, except you can't pass forward and there is much less foot to ball connection.
And sitting down can be quite painful, if only I wasn't so figetty (I'm sure that's spelt wrong). Whenever I move in a ridiculous way or put all my weight onto one side of my body it aches. Vulkar: It's not my fault, it's the fact it is a 'compulsory' thing to do... Why couldn't we have just stuck to football (Soccor to most of you guys I'd assume ) or basketball... Less chance of annoyingly painful injury, especially in the latter, non contact sport! |

How is it that I, the one who Skypes with you almost daily, am the last one to know about this? You need to mention these things more often in our conversations. Or actually, on second thought, don't. I don't like whiners, and I'll probably just make jokes.
Anyway, hope you recover quickly, and play two hand tag next time. Erm, Rugby is like American football, isn't it? |

If you couldn't tell, me and Xeios get banged up sometimes, too!
XD Good times, man, good times. And yeah, her name was Erin. |

XD XD XD Oh lord, Xeios just jumped down the mountain headfirst. Me and that red-headed girl (was her name like Mary or something?) we just rolled down all normal like.
Anyway, Teundusia, I feel your pain, man. Rest and once more feel merry! |

I did that to my tailbone. I can understand the pain. I went down this really steep incline on my rollerblades at the skatepark. I'm a lamer at things on wheels (though I can rollerblade fine, just can't..do anything special), and lack awesome balance, so right off the bat I slipped back. I might as well fallen down a short cliff, connecting tailbone to cement.
It wasn't good! |

Well, I've bruised my tailbone like that before. But it was my own dumbass fault. I kinda...Gracelessly rolled down a mountain. And my tailbone hit several rocks. Dead on. Caioir can even vouch for this, he was there. |

Ouch! I've bruised a bone before, so I feel your pain... not quite as bad since it was my shin, but sorta. How are you managing to sit down? I'm sure it must not be easy. |
Ryan Posts: 813/1748 |
Yeah, I got tackled by some guy six inches taller than me and about 4 stone heavier, landed very hard on my tail bone (The grass was rather solid as it was very cold today) and it's been bruised.
So now I have large difficulty moving much at all, so that involves standing up, walking, sitting down, anything that involves bodily movement causes it to ache. And I don't even get any time off school! Anywho, just thought I'd let you guys know. |
