But...just that one little paragraph of a description...done well enough to get my attention.

I don't know, you should just check out a few episodes of Maison.

Tenchi or Keitaro wanted other girls? o.O ;;;

I havent seen all of the other Tenchi Episodes (Im currently on Universe...Not really that impressed), but if Tenchi was looking for other females throughout the series, I will just die.

Im currently looking up DVD sets on Ebay on this maison Ikkoku

Anyways, so I've finally started watching this anime. A few friends of mine who have seen the entire thing, or have read the manga, can go on and on about how its the greatest, most emotional anime ever.

So far I'm just 10 episodes in ... (96 total I believe), but I can say it really does seem awesome. I've never been a big fan of "slice of life" stuff (I can't stand Love Hina and stuff like that), but so far Maison just nails everything, and it makes YOU feel like Godai (the main character).

Plot Summary: Godai is a ronin (someone who has failed university entrance exams) living in a run down apartment house called Maison Ikkoku. Among the other residents are the nosy Ichinose, the sexy Akemi Roppongi, and the mysterious Yotsuya. The others are given to having wild parties which makes it difficult for Godai to study. Into this mayhem comes the recently widowed Kyoko as the new live-in manager. Godai falls for her, but doesn't have the nerve to tell her. As time passes, their relationship slowly develops amid life at Maison Ikkoku, despite all sorts of romantic hurdles.


So yeah, it seems pretty awesome so far. I'd recommend it!
